Position Summary:
ANSER is seeking a Senior Marine Force Pacific Command (MARFORPAC) Exercise Planner to support MARFORPAC leadership and participation in USMC, Joint and Combined training and exercises events in the INDOPACOM AOR and beyond. You will support Joint Chiefs of Staff, CCMD, MARFORPAC Headquarters (HQ) and Subordinate/Component exercises, engagements and assigned operations.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate Field Training Exercises (FTXs), Command Post Exercises (CPXs), Tabletop Exercises (TTX), Senior Leader Seminars (SLS) and training events that prepare tactical, operational, and strategic forces for possible future contingencies

Required Qualifications:
Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Planning and logistical support, including onsite support, for national and regional tribal grantee conferences with 200-500 attendees, and advisory council meetings with 15-20 attendees.
Process expense report reimbursements for designated participant travel to national and regional conferences. Understand Federal Travel Regulations and GSA per diem rates.
Maintain a calendar of events in collaboration with organizational partners and the federal client.
Track event logistics and process requirements to ensure successful event planning, implementation, follow up and close out activity.
Support timely acquisition and accessibility of conference/event training materials, including marketing available resources to event participants.
Assist a high-level executive in a fast-paced environment with administrative tasks.
Support ANA leadership with administrative and project coordination tasks across departments.
Provide general administrative support to the ANA project team as needed.
Other duties as assigned.

Serving as the TDM subject matter expert for the larger team, providing strategic guidance and review on a variety of aspects of TDM practices including micro-transit and micro-mobility.
Serving as part of project teams with multiple project managers focused on a variety of project types for transit and multi-modal transportation studies and providing technical input on projects.
Participating in a variety of transportation infrastructure studies based on prior experience that could include transit development plans, transit service operating plans, equity analysis, transportation/transit corridor studies, BRT, TDM, micro-transit and micro-mobility.
Performing data analysis and reporting; mapping, graphics, and visualization planning work.
Assisting in project implementation at all levels by working collaboratively with the client, public agencies, and the general public to garner support for the project, build consensus and identify potential funding.
Assisting in the development of policy positions, advocacy strategies, and presentation materials.
Serving as task lead on transportation and/or transit projects, including feasibility studies, alternatives analysis, environmental analysis, operations planning, and other project development studies.
Assisting with planning, implementing, and evaluating existing and new and improved mobility services, including fixed route bus service, demand response transit, and shared micro-mobility service, and ensuring the coordination among the various service types.
Providing general planning support, including data collection, research, and documentation.
Attending and contributing to client, stakeholder, and public engagement meetings.
