The Financial Services Budget Formulation Analyst will actively contribute to the formulation, support, and execution of the National Intelligence Program (NIP) Budget. This responsibility extends beyond traditional budgetary tasks, encompassing a strategic mindset to align financial resources with the overarching goals and objectives of the NIP. The role demands a keen ability to analyze and synthesize complex financial data, enabling informed decision-making and resource allocation in alignment with IC and organizational priorities.
Responsibilities Include:
Support budget program execution, ensuring alignment with available resources and programmatic goals.
Generate budget reports for customer offices, components, and NIP programs, including funding and activity summary profiles. Assist in developing, reviewing, and responding to budget exercise submissions to align with organizational strategic goals.
Contribute to the development of budget analysis, financial data calls, and portfolio reviews. Aid the customer in developing and evaluating fiscal program builds for both internal components and IC-wide Programs. Draft narratives, vignettes, and input for the Congressional Budget Justification Book (CBJB) to Congress.
Support the development and production of the CBJB National Intelligence Program missions of interest, special topics, and related sections.
Generate talking points, briefings, products, reports, and congressional directed action responses pertaining to the NIP, delivering these to large interagency forums and working groups.
Track congressional legislation and its impacts on the NIP budget.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Current and active TS/SCI Clearance with Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
Bachelor's degree in a pertinent field, such as Finance, Accounting, or Economics; demonstrating a strong academic foundation relevant to the position; and 12 - 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 - 13 years of prior relevant experience.
A minimum of 7-10 years working in government budgeting of which 3-5 years must be within the Intelligence Community.
Proven expertise of government budget formulation activities and adept familiarity with the intricacies of the Intelligence Planning, Programming, Budget, and Execution Process (IPPBE).

Audio-Visual and Video Tele-Conferencing Support Technician
will provide audio-visual and video-tele-conferencing support for official meetings and other high-level events for the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense of Policy.
Prepare conference rooms for upcoming presentations and perform post-conference check on conference rooms and report any issues

Pay

The Aerospace Corporation is hiring a Software Integration Engineer Grad Intern for the Engineering Applications Department (EAD) within the Information Systems and Cyber Division (ISCD). This position will be full-time, 100% onsite at our office in Colorado Springs, CO.
Job Summary
Information Systems and Cyber Division (ISCD) staff couple the latest in information system technologies, such as elastic compute clouds, containerization, microservices, real-time operating systems, and visualization frameworks, with expertise in cyber security, software architecture, software engineering, data science, Artificial Intelligence, process improvement, and software development to deliver responsive, resilient, high-performance software intensive systems to our IC, DoD, and civilian customers.
EAD develops a wide variety of innovative tools and applications to support civil, commercial, and national security space systems. From web, cloud, and desktop visualization to virtual and augmented reality; EAD evaluates and creates unique visual experiences that present data and analysis to key decision-makers. As an intern within EAD, you will be involved in integrating and developing service components for the enterprise cloud platform.

* Support industry leading scientists and engineers in the development of maintainable cloud native applications and backend service-oriented architecture components
* Provide technical support in application architecture and development and continuous integration and continuous deployment
* Build services that enhance data analysis and decision-making processes
* Interface with a wide variety of Engineering and Technology Group (ETG), launch, satellite, and other program office customers
* Duties, responsibilities and activities may change, or new ones may be assigned as needed
* Foster innovation by staying current with emerging technologies and industry best practices

What You Need to be Successful
Minimum Requirements
* Currently enrolled full-time in an accredited college/university program pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline
* Availability to work full-time for a minimum of 10 weeks outside of university term and ability to return to a degree program full-time after completion of the internship.
* Minimum GPA of 3.0
* Proficiency in Python and MERN
* Experience leveraging virtualization for developer environments
* Experience in building CI/CD pipelines for automatic deployment to Kubernetes
* This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, which is issued by the US government. U.S citizenship is required to obtain a security clearance.

The National Systems Group serves as the technical advisor to the Intelligence Community and its mission partners involved in the collection and distribution of national and tactical intelligence, including electronics programs, advanced technologies, ground and communications, imagery programs, and systems engineering and launch.
The NSG Launch Directorate provides direct technical support to the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) Office of Space Launch (OSL) in the areas of Launch Systems and Launch Site Engineering, Mission Integration, and Mission Assurance. In this role as a Launch Mission Integration Engineer (Project Engineer/Sr. Project Engineer - Systems and Mission Assurance Engineering), you will be a member of the integrated government/contractor Mission Team led by the OSL Mission Manager. Your focus will be on mission execution and mission success throughout the multi-year mission integration process for NRO missions from early integration studies through the final launch campaign.

What You'll Be Doing

What You Need to be Successful -
Minimum Requirements for
Project Engineer- Systems and Mission Assurance Engineering
:
Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent

Job Summary
The Aerospace Corporation is seeking a IT Network Engineer (IT Network Engineer Staff IV/V) responsible for architecting and implementing Enterprise LAN, WAN and Data Center network infrastructure in an all-Cisco environment. The Aerospace Corporation's enterprise networks span 24 sites with primary locations in El Segundo, CA; Chantilly, VA; and Colorado Springs, CO. This person will lead a team of highly skilled network engineers, firewall engineers, and network services engineers in support of the Corporate classified and unclassified networks.
The selected candidate will be required to work full-time, onsite at our location in Chantilly, VA.
What You'll Be Doing
Design and implement high availability enterprise WAN links utilizing SDWAN technology (Cisco SDWAN/IWAN, Cisco ASR/ISR Routers, Cisco Firewalls) and dual WAN links (MPLS & Internet).
Design and implement high availability, scalable data center networks based on Cisco SDN (ACI, Nexus Dashboard) technology.
Develop secure network segments (enclaves, DMZs) using Cisco Firepower Firewalls, Cisco ASA Firewalls and other Cisco network security products.
Perform setup, configuration and testing of network designs in our DevOps lab located in El Segundo.
Coordinate with network staff on implementation tasks and schedule, meeting any specific deadlines as needed.
Interface with user community to understand their internal and external connectivity needs and collaborate to develop design, implementation costs and annual operations costs.
Assist in development of Network Services Department fiscal year budget requests for capital, overhead and maintenance.
Track industry trends and maintain knowledge of new technologies.
What You Need to be Successful
Minimum Requirements for IT Network Engineer Staff IV:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field with 10 years of professional experience with all aspects of an enterprise CONUS network.

Expertise in Cisco SDWAN/IWAN technology and network automation.

Extensive experience with firewall theory and configuration.

Experience with Cisco Catalyst Center/DNA Center.
Comp TIA Security+ CE or CISSP for DoD 8570 requirements.

Staff V include:
15 years of professional experience with all aspects of an enterprise CONUS network.
Experience troubleshooting and configuration of KG-175F and other encryption devices.
Experience working and troubleshooting EIGRP and BGP routed network deployments.
