Paul F. Lizzul, MD, PhD, MPH, MBA, is currently chief medical officer of Sienna Biopharmaceuticals. Sienna Biopharmaceuticals ("sienna") is a company focused on the discovery, clinical development and commercialization of products in aesthetics and dermatology based on scientific breakthroughs that dramatically improve patient outcomes, and physicians' practice of medicine. Sienna's management comprises individuals with extensive experience in taking new scientific ideas from discovery to commercialization including many of the most successful global brands in the space. Our first development program is a breakthrough technology called Targeted Plasmonic Therapy (TPT).

Dr. Lizzul was previously senior medical director, head of safety and Kyth-105 team leader for Kythera Biopharmaceuticals, a company focused on the discovery, development and commercialization of novel prescription products for the aesthetic medicine market. In 2015 KYBELLA (ATX-101) was approved as a first-in-class, injectable drug for the reduction of submental fat, which commonly presents as an undesirable "double chin."

Dr. Lizzul also maintains a medical and cosmetic practice at the California Health and Longevity Institute. Dr. Lizzul is a diplomat of the American Board of Dermatology and a faculty member of the American Academy of Dermatology. Dr. Lizzul holds leadership positions within the national dermatology community, is the recipient of numerous awards and accolades, and also served on the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Dermatology and Opthalmic Drugs Advisory Committee

Dennis Mulroy joined AnaptysBio in July 2020. Prior to AnaptysBio, Mr. Mulroy has served as Chief Financial Officer of La Jolla Pharmaceutical Company, Taxus Cardium Pharmaceuticals Group, Molecular Imaging and SeraCare Life Sciences. Mr. Mulroy began his career as a Certified Public Accountant with Ernst & Young LLP after receiving his B.B.A. degree in accounting from the University of San Diego.

Executive with substantial legal, finance and operational experience. Focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, healthcare compliance, securities law and R&D licenses and collaborations. All industries, but extensive experience with biotechnology and medical device companies.
