Qualifications/Experience:

The annual base salary range for this position is $70,200.00 - $81,700.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant's qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. As Program Manager, Corporate Investigations and Internal Control, you will lead critical initiatives across Corporate Investigations, Forensic Analysis, Internal Audit, and Internal Control, with a strong focus on leveraging AI technologies and advanced data tools such as PowerBI to design and manage dashboards that deliver actionable insights and strengthen risk oversight.
Reporting directly to the VP, Internal Audit & Control, you will act as a strategic partner in driving business and financial objectives by applying a disciplined, data-driven approach to enhance risk management, governance, and control processes in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Plan and execute investigations including, but not limited to, corporate fraud, conflicts of interest, misuse of company assets and other violations of company policies and/or laws.

As a Senior Network Engineer, you will focus on the core functions of network and security support, engineering: planning, implementation, analysis, maintenance, administration and reporting for the Retail and Corporate environment. Reporting to the Director, Network Engineering, you will be required to apply solid technical, business, and problem-solving skills and create productive relationships with business units and internal IT teams.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the business and application owners on design, troubleshooting, support, and documentation of new application deployment and enhancements
Continuous design and configuration improvements of Network technologies and processes Engineer/Support Retail and Corporate buildings/floors

Your Role at Sephora
As Director of Sample Strategy, you'll lead the strategic vision and execution of Sephora's best-in-class sampling programs. Qualifications:
10+ years of marketing or corporate retail strategy experience with deep understanding of operations and analytics

Working Conditions & Physical Demands
Continuous bending of neck, arms, torso, and legs.
Stocking and filling shelves, drawers, and show cases.
Cleaning displays and boutique.
Clean all Service Stations, service rooms, and elements.
Work in a fragrance filled environment.
Physical contact with clients/ customers.
Continuous standing/walking for 8 hours.
Unpacking and lifting boxes up to 40 lbs.
Requirements
Must maintain compliance with state board regulations at all times.
Maintain and display a valid state-issued aesthetician or cosmetologist license for the work state. The employee is responsible for any fees, additional training, and/or renewals needed as a requirement.
Flexibility regarding work hours; ability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
This position requires the final candidate to successfully pass an E-Verify check.

Additional job duties if assigned as a key holder in the location:
Maintain authority of personnel in the Boutique.
Verbally communicate with clients and Boutique employees in a clear manner
Assume all opening/closing responsibilities.
Receive increased security access within the Retail/ POS system to execute customer returns, discounts, and employee transactions.
Maintain excellent cash management and management of the safe and applicable security codes.
Count cash and balance registers and cash deposits.
Operate POS system, e-waiver iPad, boutique technology, shipment scanner gun, laptop (used for online scheduling), alarm keypad, and calculator.
Partner with the Regional Boutique Proprietor on ALL issues or questions.
Appropriately react and handle emergencies and loss prevention issues when opening or closing the Boutique.
Use all resources and tools to create the best atmosphere for our customers and employees.

The Manager, DevOps & Platform leads and drives the strategy, delivery, and operations of developer and platform services, including CI/CD toolchains, Infrastructure-as-Code, container orchestration, and hybrid/public cloud platforms.
This role:
Runs the platform roadmap, architecture, and operational excellence initiatives.
Leads globally distributed DevOps teams (onshore/nearshore/offshore).
Ensures that DevOps platforms enable fast, secure, and reliable delivery for technology
Should be a player-coach, able to dive in hands-on for architecture and solution reviews, automation design, and incident triage, while also driving multi-quarter roadmaps, stakeholder alignment, and measurable improvements in reliability (SLO/SLI), resiliency, automation, cost optimization, and user experience. This role requires balancing technical depth with strategic leadership, ensuring that platform engineering aligns with enterprise technology strategy and supports continuous improvement in reliability and performance.
Responsibilities:
Manage the Build and optimization of cloud-native platforms and DevOps toolchains (CI/CD, IaC, containers); provide hands-on technical guidance, reviews, and design leadership.
Define platform architecture, standards, security baselines, and integration patterns; own the multi-year roadmap for DevOps & Platform services.
Lead and develop globally distributed SRE/DevOps teams; drive performance management, coaching, and succession planning.
Engage in L3 production triage and incident resolution; ensure SLA adherence and drive low MTTD/MTTR with strong PIRs.
Partner with engineering to align priorities; communicate status, risks, and trade-offs across Technology and Business.
Manage vendors, licenses, and platform spend; rationalize tools and optimize total cost of ownership

Strong background in observability tooling, telemetry pipelines, and infrastructure monitoring
