Lead a supplier category in providing strategic value to assigned customers that also includes the following: Managing supplier relationships (SRM) between suppliers and company, coordinating complex and critical decisions, implementation, and service delivery for assigned customers. Responsible to work with internal key stakeholders to establish and manage strategic supplier goals to deliver savings and efficiencies to the company. This position also manages key stakeholder relationship management (CRM), coordinating complex and critical projects in the supply chain for the key stakeholder. What you will do...

Ancestry is seeking an experienced Spanish-speaking genealogist specializing in Latin America, particularly Mexico, Texas, or the Caribbean, who is eager to contribute to the organization's long-term success. The candidate will lead research projects, produce exemplary research, and must be proficient in project and client management. Successful research managers are flexible, strong in technology, and meet industry standards for genealogical research. They assist team members in developing their skills and consistently meet performance metrics.
The Day-to-Day: Research managers enjoy a flexible schedule, with occasional company meetings and kickoff calls with clients. They work closely with client relationship managers (CRMs) to achieve session objectives. Availability during business hours is required for communication with staff. Time management is key to meeting weekly, monthly, and annual billable targets in our billable environment.

* Highly organized, with the ability to manage 30-60 ongoing client projects once fully trained.
* Skilled at defining project scope, budget, research needs, and appropriate delegation.
* Exercises sound judgment to ensure deliverables are accurate, polished, expectations-aligned, and within session budgets - even when research goals cannot be fully met.
* Comfortable working in a billable-hours environment, consistently maintaining an average of 5.5 billable hours per day and meeting annual requirements.

Compensation
Ancestry values transparency and equity. For this Research Manager role, the base salary range is $61,200 to $76,500, with eligibility for bonus and equity. The Digital Content Operations Technician ensures accurate receipt, processing, tracking, and delivery of physical and digital content across multiple systems and workflows. This role supports Imaging Operations by managing inventory, processing digital drives, maintaining production tickets, and preparing final deliverables for Ancestry's global partners. What You'll Do....
* Receive, inventory, and track incoming physical and digital content, and equipment with accuracy, consistency, and independence.
* Manage and maintain Workfront tickets, including reprocess requests and resolution of internal errors.
* Prepare files and materials for imaging production by staging, organizing, and importing content into Ancestry's proprietary workflow systems (e.g., mapping, web crawls, SFTP).
* Support production performance by monitoring pipelines, troubleshooting system or file issues, and ensuring quality standards are met through tracking.
* Coordinate with project managers to process DIM/RSM drives, tracking imports, locations, and error resolution through completion.
* Handle shipping, receiving, and mailing requests, ensuring proper labeling, documentation, and tracking for internal and external partners.

We are looking for a Compensation Partner & Equity Analyst to support the equity and compensation function within Ancestry's Total Rewards team. This professional will partner with our People Business Partner, People Analytics, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Accounting, Legal, and Tax teams for the design and delivery of Ancestry employee compensation and equity globally. What you will do...
Compensation Strategy and Oversight
* Compensation Strategy: Assist the compensation team by developing analytics that identify and quantify refinement opportunities for Ancestry's compensation philosophy and strategy aligned to the company mission and organizational goals.
* Market Benchmarking: conduct comprehensive market analyses, including salary surveys and benchmarking data, ensuring pay structures remain competitive and aligned with industry standards and Ancestry total rewards philosophy.
* Compensation Structure Management: Own updating and maintenance of salary ranges, pay grades, incentive programs, and bonus structures and ensure compensation programs support Ancestry's strategic objectives and attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
* Policy Documentation and Communication: Document and communicate compensation policies, guidelines, and procedures, ensuring accurate representation of Ancestry's compensation philosophy.

* Coordinate employee equity grants, exercises, and releases, partnering with Legal, Finance, and People teams. Ensure timely and accurate processing of grants, exercises, and terminations in Shareworks.
* Monitor compliance with all relevant laws, tax regulations, and reporting requirements related to equity compensation.
* Prepare regular equity reports and analytics for senior leadership and the Board of Directors, highlighting trends and insights.
* Draft and maintain resources for employee equity-related questions, creating clear communication and educational materials.
* Lead audit and reconciliation efforts related to equity data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all systems.
* Document and maintain thorough records of equity transactions, policies, procedures, and best practices.
Who you are...
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CCP, CEP) a plus.
* 3+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years of experience in compensation and equity administration and/or in an analytical reporting role. Experience in a Private Equity environment is a plus.
* Strong proficiency with compensation benchmarking tools, HRIS systems, and advanced Excel skills.
* Prior experience administering equity programs (preferably in a private company) using Shareworks or similar platform.
* Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.

We are looking for a Compensation & Equity Partner to lead the compensation function within Ancestry's Total Rewards team. This professional will partner with our People Business Partner, Accounting, Legal, and Tax teams for the design and delivery of Ancestry employee compensation and equity programs globally. This position will report to the Director, Total Rewards and can be based remotely or in our Lehi, Utah office.
What you will do...
Compensation Strategy and Oversight
* Utilize expertise, key partnerships and data-driven analysis to implement and refine Ancestry's compensation philosophy and strategy to accomplish company mission and organizational goals.
* Manage regular comprehensive market analyses, including salary surveys and benchmarking data, ensuring pay structures remain competitive and aligned with industry standards and Ancestry's compensation philosophy.
* Oversee the design, review, and updating of salary ranges, pay grades, incentive programs, and bonus structures and ensure compensation programs support Ancestry's strategic objectives and attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
* Establish and refine compensation policies, guidelines, and procedures, ensuring alignment with Ancestry's broader compensation philosophy.
* Stay informed of federal, state, and local laws and regulations (e.g., FLSA, Equal Pay Act) and ensure programs remain compliant.
* Lead the analytical framework for compensation data collection, ensuring data integrity within the HRIS and compensation systems. Review and present detailed reports on market trends, salary projections, and budgetary implications to HR partners, leadership and executive management.
* Supervise the job evaluation process, validating and maintaining job descriptions and classifications.
* Manage the total rewards components of the annual compensation review cycles-including merit increases, promotions, and bonus allocations-working closely with HR Business Partners and department leaders.
* Provide strategic compensation guidance to people and finance teams as well as senior leadership. Create and maintain job aids and tools for people team partners to amplify implementation of compensation and equity strategy
* Develop and deliver training sessions, materials, and communications to educate people team partners, managers and employees on compensation policies and processes and address equity and compensation-related inquiries from employees and managers.
Equity Plan Administration
* Oversee all aspects of Ancestry's equity programs (e.g., stock options, RSUs), including cap table management, ensuring they are administered accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
* Monitor compliance with all relevant laws, tax regulations, and reporting requirements related to equity compensation.
* Prepare and present regular equity reports and analytics for senior leadership highlighting trends and insights.
* Act as the primary resource for employee equity-related questions, creating clear communication and educational materials.
Who you are...
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CCP, CEP) a plus.
* 7+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in compensation, including both cash and equity programs. Strong preference given for experience in a Private Equity environment.
* Strong proficiency with compensation benchmarking tools, HRIS systems, and advanced Excel skills.
* Prior experience administering equity programs (preferably in a private company) using Shareworks or similar platform.
* Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and experience developing and executing holistic compensation strategies and analytics.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership and interact effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
* Must handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
