In 2006, many of our private lender competitors maintained high loan production levels (despite shifting economic indicators) and did not survive the crisis.
When the downturn hit in 2008-9, Anchor Loans remained profitable, retained 100% of our staff and not one of our mortgage pool investors lost money—while many lenders and their investors suffered catastrophic losses.
Since joining Anchor Loans in 2009, Lance has been instrumental in the growth and expansion of the company’s loans and acquisitions departments.
Falcon joined Anchor in 2012 and has acquired a broad and unique understanding of the staffing and resource management challenges associated with our industry.
Wooldridge joined Anchor Loans in 2013 in our processing department and quickly moved into a management role.
Anchor remains an industry leader, providing over $1 billion in fix-and-flip financing every year since 2016—with life-to-date fundings surpassing $8 billion.
