Working at Anchor Paper

It's small company so anything you do could be noticed unless the idea is taken by someone else senior to you.

It is the single most toxic work environment you'll ever experience. Peak passive aggressiveness and phony kindness.

Leaving.

I have nothing positive to say. In fact having to write 75 characters about this person is waste of characters.

Put the place out of its misery. Literally set it out to pasture. Allow spme competent business with competent people aquire their customer base.

I didn't. And you won't have to either. They act picky but are ultimately desperate.

I am sure it's average or slightly above average. For sales it might even be way above average. Regardless you have to be willing to put up with a lot of unnecessary small company thinking it's a big company politics and it isn't worth it.

As someone who isn't a member of a marginalized group I'm not the best person to answer this question. I personally think the diversity at Anchor is abysmally poor.

There are a handful of people worth knowing but even they are so jaded by the culture that it's simply worth not wasting your time considering to work here. The fleeting moments of joy aren't worth it when they vast majority of the time is miserable.
