This role involves operating equipment and assisting in the installation, maintenance, and repair of underground utility systems such as water, sewer, electrical, and telecommunications lines. This is a physically demanding role that involves climbing towers exceeding 300 feet, frequent travel, and working outdoors in a variety of conditions. Primary Responsibilities: Climb communication towers and perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting at elevations exceeding 300 feet. Install antennas, coax, fiber, mounts, grounding, and other wireless equipment. Interpret and work from construction drawings, blueprints, and scopes of work. Operate rigging and hoisting equipment and ensure safe lifting practices. Complete job site documentation, including photos, safety checklists, and close-out reports. Maintain tools and equipment in safe and working conditions. Follow all OSHA, industry, and company safety guidelines and ensure crew compliance.
