This role involves operating equipment and assisting in the installation, maintenance, and repair of underground utility systems such as water, sewer, electrical, and telecommunications lines. The ideal candidate will have experience with underground utility work and equipment operation, possess a strong work ethic, and be committed to safety.
Responsibilities:
Equipment Operation:
Safely operate equipment such as excavators, backhoes, trenchers, skid steers, and directional drills.
Load and transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
Excavate trenches and prepare sites for underground utility installations.
Assist with locating underground utilities and ensuring proper digging procedures.
Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure proper operation.
Labor Duties:
Assist in laying, repairing, and maintaining underground utility lines.
Use hand tools, power tools, and light equipment to complete manual labor tasks.
Backfill trenches and restore work areas to their original condition.

Qualifications:
Valid Driver's License
Experience in underground utility installation, construction, or excavation.

Ability to obtain Class A CDL
Must be physically fit, able to lift heavy objects, and work in various weather conditions.

* Execute post-training follow-up as part of ongoing client engagement in partnership with the Account Executives. Work alongside internal partners when preparing for business meetings with target/focus clients.
* Attend meetings, work through agendas, develop blueprint materials, update INFOR CRM, and support ongoing client experience meetings, including pulse checks focused on client retention and engagement. Attend Client scheduled meetings and presentations as required.
* Create and update monthly client scorecards as per service agreements for client delivery. Ensure accurate administration and compliance of products and services while identifying potential training needs for process improvement.
* Conduct monthly field alignment meetings, presenting data for current clients and providing an overview of new clients before their launch.
Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications & KSA):
* Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of related experience or High School Diploma and 6-7 years of related experience required.
* Position requires a minimum commitment to 12 months in the role before posting within Allied Solutions and outside the department can be considered.

**General Summary:**
The Underwriting Consultant will demonstrate expert risk evaluation, selection and retention of profitable business within assigned authority limits.
