Assist with HSE program audits Assist with HSE safety inspections Administer HSE training Perform other duties as required to meet plant needs Qualifications What you must have: A High School Diploma or equivalent Enrollment in a bachelor's or advanced degree in Industrial Technology, Occupational Safety or another closely related field of study with a graduation date of December 2026 or after Must be a current student continuing education upon completion of internship term (Internship term is May 2026 through August 2026) A passion for Occupational Safety Some interest in the agricultural industry Fluent in English Preferred Requirements: Prefer a student with a Sophomore or Junior standing and a 3.0 or above GPA Communication- The ability to communicate information well (both written and spoken) is highly desired in this position Collaboration- The ability to work with individuals who come from diverse backgrounds Innovative- To always look to implement new procedures or technologies to improve work efficiencies Detail/Accuracy Oriented- All procedures and policies must be understood and followed Additional Information What We Offer: A culture that celebrates diversity & inclusion, promotes professional development, and strives for a work-life balance that supports the team members.
