Design Group is a leading engineering and technology firm operating at the intersection of digital infrastructure and industrial solutions. As the data center market experiences unprecedented growth, we are expanding our team to support the long-term deployment of large-scale, mission-critical infrastructure across key regional clusters.
As a Deployment ProjectManager, you will play a critical leadership role onsite, helping drive the consistent rollout of standardized systems across complex, fast-paced environments. You'll serve as a linchpin between design, integration, and field execution teams, ensuring that deployments stay aligned with program objectives, timelines, and quality standards.

What You'll Do
* Manage the successful deployment of multiple greenfield data centers; scopes typically include both BMS and EPMS
* Receive the applications from the design team and deploy them to each site

Material Receiving/Transfer
Observation tracking and closeout
Schedule tracking and communication
RFI management
Communicate staffing needs to the rest of the firm
* Oversee deployment team responsible for:
* Point to Point check out of thousands of devices
* Configuration of communication protocols for multiple types of equip
ment including switchgear, breakers, power meters, etc.
* Configuration and calibration of instruments (meters, VFD's, flow meters.
* Deployment and commissioning of Ignition applications, Rockwell
controls and/or other similar control systems involving PLCs and SCADA.
* Provide guidance/leadership to Design Group subcontractors (electricians) onsite
* Budget/Forecasting skills
* Site Safety and enforcing Design Group safety procedures.
* Client interfacing and vendor relationships
What You'll Bring
* Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience
* 5+ years' experience starting up control systems with significant onsite time.
* Strong communicator and ability/desire to work within large teams made up of Design Group professionals, the trades, a GC and the client.

Summary/Objective
Graphic Systems is a wide format digital printer that has been in business for over 50 years. Our team of customer centric stars use the best equipment and technology to design, produce, and fulfill retail signs and display to retailers throughout North America. Working directly with customers, account executives and other team members, the ProjectManager is responsible for ensuring retail signs and displays are produced and delivered within time and cost constraints.
Essential Job Functions
Work directly with assigned clients in a fast-paced, creative environment
Act as the primary point of contact for multiple clients, and prioritize incoming work from these clients
Understand project specifications to develop, implement and manageprojects within time and cost constraints
Work with team members to identify workable production solutions for challenging projects
Prepare and submit accurate job estimates and work orders
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree preferred
2+ years of project coordination and customer service experience in printing preferred
Conscientious self-starter with print production background preferred
Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically, Excel, Word and Outlook
Strong organization skills, impeccable attention to details and able to effectively manage multiple tasks while able to stay calm under pressure
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Possesses high energy, positive and upbeat personality with a passion for providing outstanding customer service

About the Role
The ProjectManager's primary function is to plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate all stages of a specific project from engineering, purchasing, quality, production to shipping to ensure the finished product is delivered on time, within budget and meets customer quality expectations. They will be expected to work with other ProjectManagers as well as other departments as required.
Responsibilities
Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate all aspects of multiple projects simultaneously by communicating with engineering, purchasing, quality, and production departments to ensure the project is running as planned; if not, initiate corrective action to recover project health.
Host and facilitate meetings as required throughout the project duration, including, but not limited to Sales Handover, Kickoff, and Project Health Meetings.
Collaborate with fellow ProjectManagers to ensure consistency in execution and to ensure company deliverables are met.
Liaise with the Customer as the main point of contact for the purpose of communicating project status, addressing open issues, managing change requests and customer expectations.
Create and maintain detailed work plans, project schedules/deliverables, risk management reports, projected cost reports, variance to budget reports, open issues list, and project evaluation reports.
Communicate (report and present) the project status to Management on a regular basis using established reporting methods.
Organize and monitor paper and electronic files to ensure all project documentation is organized and secure for all aspects of the project, including contributions from other departments.
Coordinate technical support to new and existing customers through field visits, customer meetings, and design reviews.
Manage the change management process and communicate to the departments involved in changes and to the client, as necessary.
Manage multiple projects with competing deadlines, including those of other ProjectManagers, at any given time.
Track and ensure all materials are released for order with enough lead time to ensure project execution.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and/or Business Administration and 7+ years of planning and/or management experience in a manufacturing environment.
Master's Degree a plus.
Required Skills
PMP certification is strongly desired.
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams.
Demonstrate competence in Creativity, Innovation, Teamwork, Problem Solving, Decision Making, Organization, and Planning.
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Advanced experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Project) and ERP Management Systems, preference for Visual Manufacturing.
Lean/ Six Sigma experience a plus.
Self-motivated with strong organizational and leadership skills.
Must have a valid driver's license and the ability to travel primarily in North America but potentially abroad.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem solving skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Reports to Group Manager.
• Proactive self-starter with the ability to manage all facets of the project from inception to delivery.

• Track and support in house build, tryout, and debug of equipment. Support build leaders as required to ensure projects are staying on track through the manufacturing process.
• Schedule and conduct regular status meeting with customers, document open issues and follow-up assignments.
• Ensure completion of all required FMEAs and other customer required documentation.
• Ensure completion of all required operating / service manuals
• Equipment buy-off and performance documentation.
• Manage customer change requests and design deviation requests; ensure payment for changes beyond base scope of work.
• Ensure all required parts are ordered and deadlines for receipt of material are achieved.
• Documentation for billing of job order.
• Follow-up to ensure all project requirements are completed per the PO and prompt payment is made by the customer. Follow-up on aged accounts receivables.
