Primary Responsibilities
Delivery: Completing scheduled and reactive ski/snowboard rental fittings in line with our three primary delivery methods:
Traditional - in-accommodation boot fitting and ski teching
Express - No contact drop-off delivery
Continued focus on our three Key Customer Requirements:
KCR #1: On Time - Arriving within 5 minutes of the agreed upon time
KCR #2: Communication - Setting clear expectations around the entire scope of service
KCR #3: Equipment - Choosing the right equipment for each guest given their skills and current conditions at the resort

Qualifications:
• A Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields: Engineering, Construction Management
or related field is highly preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent is required
• 3+ years of construction project management experience, preferably in renewables
• Proficient with MS Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Outlook
• Experience in working with planning documents and CAD drawings
• Demonstrated planning, data analytics, and organizational skills, including the ability to
anticipate tasks, analyze a variety of data points, set priorities, meet deadlines, and
function smoothly under strict deadlines and shifting priorities
• Posess technical and industry expertise

Position Summary:
SolomonEdwards is looking for a Home Loan Specialist I for one of its mortgage clients to perform daily loan reviews to ensure the accuracy of loan findings. You will act as a key contributor to facilitate efficient and effective processes that support business and customer service objectives.

Essential Duties:
- Perform routine data entry and validation tasks.
- Initiate third-party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood cert, credit, etc.).
- Review and validate loan documents.
- Handle routine calls, emails, and/or chat responses.
- Monitor work queues and intervene as needed.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
- Demonstrate behaviors that are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred.
- General understanding of applicable Federal, State, and Local Regulations.
Skills and Job-Specific Competencies:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

A reasonable estimate for the current hourly range for this role is $20-24.
