ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides a high level of customer service while transporting residents to and from activities, appointments and other outings. Complete daily vehicle pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness. Follows all safety procedures and protocol as dictated by local policy, federal and state regulations and standard practice. Reports all hazardous conditions, defective equipment and accidents or incidents to the supervisor immediately. Follows infection control procedures, including proper hand washing, wearing protective clothing and equipment when required. Effective communicate with facility regarding schedule progress and to receive additional instructions. Understand how to operate GPS, Two-Way Radio and/or Cell Phone to navigate effectively. Maintain accurate activity and vehicle report logs. Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Active Indiana Driver's License required. Driver's License requirements are determined by the size of the vehicle: Class C license with a passenger endorsement for vehicles which transport 15 or more passengers. Experience as a bus or van driver preferred Must possess the ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing. Ability to communicate effectively with residents. Writing and computer skills are required for completing reports and scheduling. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must be able to move intermittently throughout the workday. Must be able to lift/carry up to 40 lbs to a minimum height of 5 feet and be able to push, pull, move and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet. Must be able to push/pull up to 275 pounds to a minimum distance of 50 feet. May be necessary to assist in the evacuation of residents during emergency situations. The Project Manager will participate in the development and construction of multi-family unit projects, and handle the contracting, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation of each assigned project. The right candidate will plan, direct, and coordinate activities concerned with the construction of a project from inception to turnover. What are the responsibilities of the Project Manager? Research and identify qualified trades and suppliers to bid on construction projects. Review plans for constructability and provide insight on value engineering. Write and negotiate contracts with suppliers and trades. Perform detailed analyses of bids and create spreadsheets for the Director of Construction to review. Write detailed lists for quantities of material usage if needed. Work cohesively with the General Superintendent to develop, monitor and publish construction schedules. Work directly with Superintendents to help resolve any construction issues on-site. Setup weekly jobsite meetings with Superintendents and their contractors to help facilitate workflow and to hold trades accountable for quality work and performance pursuant to the contracts. Understand compliance with building and safety codes and regulations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering is preferred. Extensive experience in multi-family or hospitality construction is required. Previous experience in a Superintendent role is preferred. Ability to write construction schedules using Excel or MS Project is required. Land development experience is a plus. Experience using Yardi Voyager or related property management software is a plus. This position is Monday through Friday with the following scheduled hours 7:30am-4:00 pm and Friday 7:30-12:00. The Certified Medical Assistant I plays a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care by assisting physicians, providers, and nurses. Per the guidance of Axia Women's Health patient protocol and care center physicians, the Certified Medical Assistant professionally engages Axia Women's Health patients by assisting with patient care, recording critical patient information, and providing information to patients so that they may fully utilize and benefit from our clinical services. Essential Functions: Greet and acknowledge patients in a professional and courteous manner. Escort patients to exam rooms and ensure they are comfortable. Prepare patients for examinations, complete comprehensive clinical intake. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. Perform and document accurate blood pressure, height and weight, and patient temperature. Demonstrate appropriate chaperone technique and documentation. Assist with patient examinations and office-based procedures (Routine procedures performed during the regular course of the day including but not limited to colposcopy, IUD insertions, and endometrial biopsies). Administer medications and injections as ordered by providers. Collect and prepare laboratory specimens. Perform CLIA waived tests per Axia and Care Center Protocols Perform blood draws. Respond to patient inquiries both in person and over the phone. Assist with scheduling appointments and follow-up visits. Understand how to appropriately perform Nonstress Test (NST) Ensure patient safety within clinical settings. Work collaboratively with physicians, providers, nurses, and other staff to ensure efficient practice operations. Upon successful completion of competency skills training, assist in office-based surgical procedures (Anything historically performed in an Operating Room and/or requiring moderate sedation or higher including but not limited to LEEP, operative hysteroscopy, ablations, and D&Cs with or without suction) by preparing the procedure room, ensuing the availability of necessary equipment, providing support to healthcare providers during the surgeries, and post-surgical processes including disinfection. Safely and efficiently assist patients with mobility, including transferring them between examination rooms and treatment areas. Ensure compliance with all Standard Operation Procedures (SOP's) and policies (including HIPAA & OSHA). Participate in team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
