Lead the day-to-day social media operations of Andretti Global's INDYCAR team. Principal Accountabilities:
Effectively manage our INDYCAR/INDY NXT social media channels (not limited to; Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Twitter/X, TikTok, YouTube) while supporting the other TWG Global teams as needed.
Attend all INDYCAR/INDY NXT race events to provide real-time, on-the-ground social coverage.
Lead on the planning and publishing of our content output, utilizing Monday.com to ensure the wider business is aware of our planned activity.
Creation and distribution of content briefs for internal and external use
Aligning with Andretti Global's brand guidelines by maintaining the social tone of voice.
You will work alongside an in-house Content Producer dedicated to our INDYCAR and INDY NXT programs. Together, you will work collaboratively to capture and produce content for our social media channels.
You will work closely with our marketing and creative team to establish and enforce brand guidelines and design graphical elements across our social channels.
You will play a key role in guiding how our partners activate on social media. From assisting with campaign planning to executing on the ground, in market and ultimately syndicating content across multiple channels.
Engage with and maintain relationships with influencers, athletes, and celebrities.
Monitor and record social media analytics to stay atop of current trends and proactively advise their impact on the business.
Work closely with data & insights to monitor channel performance against KPIs including audience growth and engagement on a weekly basis.
Maintain a strong awareness of changes to the social media platforms, implementing new content and communications strategies to maximize opportunities.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
2-3 years experience working in Social Media, Content or Marketing.
Knowledge of current and upcoming Social Media platforms and trends.
Track record of growing and developing audiences on social media. Established community management skills, as well as proven experience in managing the day-to-day activity of a major brand's social media channels.
Experience of copywriting with a clear passion for writing copy and understanding of social media tone of voice.
Experience working with the Adobe Creative Suite with a strong attention to detail.
Experience delivering social media marketing campaigns, including paid media.
Understanding of the broader digital landscape and the role that social media plays for brands, including a comprehensive understanding of the role of social media in sport.
Ability to engage multiple internal and external stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment; must be a team player. Acute attention to detail.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
The IMS Safety Patrol is responsible for executing Guest Services roles around the facility during both large- and small-scale events. Safety Patrol operates in 8 divisions around the Indianapolis Motor Speedway including Stands and Mounds, Gates, Traffic, Outside Lots, Suites, Transportation, Garage & Pits, and Special Assignments.
Safety Patrol has varying specific responsibilities depending on the division in which they work
Stands and Mounds employees are responsible for providing hospitality and customer service to guests in the stands while also verifying that guests are seated in the right location
Gates Safety Patrol welcome guests into the facility by scanning and selling tickets and providing wayfinding assistance. Gates Safety Patrol is also responsible for checking bags and enforcing prohibited items rules and regulations
Traffic employees work to direct and park all vehicular traffic inside the gates. They are also responsible for screening for parking passes, enforcing credentials, and controlling pedestrian traffic around roadways and parking lots
Outside Lots Safety Patrol work in all lots outside of the IMS gates. Their primary duties are to sell parking, direct guests within the lot, and ultimately guide them to their parking space.
Suites employees work in most of our premium areas and their primary role is to enforce credentials and tickets around these areas. They work closely with suite owners and guests to provide exceptional customer service
Transportation employees are responsible for the movement of guests and staff around the facility in trams, vans, and golf carts.
Garage & Pits Safety Patrol work in race-related areas and provide credential enforcement, wayfinding assistance, and customer service to both guests and teams.
All Safety Patrol are expected to provide exceptional customer service and security with a smile regardless of their assigned division
Other duties as assigned by the supervisor(s).
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Staff will receive a schedule based on the event day and their assigned division. Report times will vary, but everyone is expected to be clocked in by the time listed on their schedule
Staff will check in at the Guest Services check in garage at 25th and Georgetown. During check-in, staff will receive a shirt for the day and clock in no earlier than 15 minutes before the time listed on their schedule
Staff will communicate with their supervisor in the event of issues or questions related to the guest experience
Staff will return their shirt at the end of the day to be laundered and collect a new shirt the morning of their next shift

WHAT YOU'LL DO
The role of the Ticket Operations Coordinator is to support all ticketing department activities for major IMS events - including the INDYCAR Grand Prix, Indianapolis 500, and Brickyard Weekend - as well as other ticket-related ancillary events.
In this role, you'll play an important part in delivering top-tier experiences to fans, partners, and teams across the motorsports world. You'll take ownership of key responsibilities, collaborate across departments, and bring energy and innovation to a fast-paced environment.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Service
Provide all guests with a positive first impression of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway by delivering superior, individualized guest service.
Communicate positively with guests via telephone, in person, email, and online chat to efficiently identify their needs and provide accurate information regarding all IMS events.
Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients.
Ticket Sales and Service
Learn and utilize the IMS computer ticket system (SCORE), along with other technology programs and applications, to assist customers with sales, fulfillment, and renewals.
Assist guests with purchasing and distributing tickets, parking, and other applicable add-on products.
Manage cash and credit card transactions responsibly and accurately; balance batches and submit to the Financial Coordinator.
Resolve issues by communicating effectively with staff and guests as they arise.
Demonstrate flexibility and the ability to explain all available products to customers.
Maintain a high level of knowledge of the IMS facility, including stands, parking/camping areas, and special event sites.
Package and prepare for mailing tickets, parking/camping passes, and product orders for all events.
Process annual renewals for all major events.
Accurately maintain confidential customer data and business information.
Operate and maintain individualized remote ticket locations during event times as assigned.
Other
Serve as the lead or backup for one or more main Ticket Office functions (e.g., ticket fulfillment, ticket transfers, maintaining current customer data, etc.).

College Program Event Staff roles serve as an entry point to career opportunities with Penske Entertainment. These positions provide students of any major with hands-on exposure to the inner workings of large-scale, live events. As part of the event execution team, students work collaboratively and act as on-site representatives of their assigned department. Event Staff support a range of operational and premium guest services roles, all focused on delivering exceptional experiences for thousands of venue guests. Work is primarily available during the peak event season from May through July, with additional opportunities throughout the summer and fall. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Work in hospitality or event operations roles and provide outstanding guest service with other Penske Entertainment staff.
Positions for The College Program are available in the following departments:
Client Services
Premium Concierge: engages with clients in premium spaces to create a welcoming environment
Set Up Crew: assist with the preparation of premium spaces for clients
Credentials
Credential Representative executes, distributes, and educates customers about the IMS liability releases and credentials
Guest Experience
Gates: welcome guests into the facility by selling or scanning tickets at the exterior gates
Garage & Pits: work in race-related areas and perform credential checks, garage bag checks, wayfinding assistance, and customer service to both guests and teams (

Traffic: direct vehicular and guest traffic and park cars inside the facility
Suites: work in most of our premium areas and enforce credentials and tickets around those areas
Transportation: assist with ADA transportation needs for our guests on major event days
Special Assignments: working in a variety of different locations including guest assistant booths, hospitality areas, selling/parking operations, and other duties as assigned
Sustainability
Operations: work with the sustainability team during events to support recycling operations, collect food donations, and manage composting as part of ongoing waste diversion efforts
Tickets
Ticket Operations: work with the ticket office team during event days to sell tickets, problem-solve and provide high-level customer service
Photo Retail
Tower Terrace: help fans search the digital archives; use Photoshop to size, cleanup, and print photos; use the current point-of-sale (POS) system and efficiently conduct transactions with photo retail customers
Midway: inform fans of the photo archives and services we provide; use the current POS system and efficiently conduct transactions with photo retail customers
Report daily updates to the team of any issues or problems that arise.
Select positions require some physical labor around IMS facility.
With assigned department, help provide support for all IMS activities.
Develop and maintain outstanding working relationships with coworkers, guests, and supervisors.
Assisting with event set-up and tear down may be requested.
Expectation to be able to stand or walk for long periods of time.
There will be exposure to the weather elements in our outdoor environment.

**Overview**
