POSITION SUMMARY An Andretti Janitor is a part-time role responsible for anticipating guest needs, and exceeding guest service expectations all while providing a fun and exciting atmosphere. All positions are responsible for assisting guests in various areas, in many capacities, and following Andretti Indoor Karting and Games high standards of quality Guest satisfaction. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Welcome visitors by greeting them in a friendly and positive manner. * Perform general clean-up of all areas of the building- dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming etc. * Maintain routine upkeep of all exterior areas, green space and parking lot. * Remove trash and garbage daily. * Stock and maintain supply rooms and closets. * Handle emergency clean ups as directed. * Follow all health and safety regulations. * Properly use cleaning chemicals, safety attire and tools * Observe, instruct and monitor Guests for safety and guideline adherence. * Constant working knowledge of Andretti brand, product and policies and procedures. * Communicate clearly and professionally while interacting enthusiastically with Guests and fellow co-workers. * Performs Opening, Running and Closing department duties as assigned. * Prior guest service or hospitality experience is preferred. POSITION SUMMARY: The Operations Supervisor position is a full-time hourly role, that will be responsible for the assisting the Operation Managers of the facility with leading on a daily basis including, staffing and training of all hourly staff, cost control, service standards, operational procedures and policies, guest relations, sanitation, environment control, cash handling, staff motivation and safety and security. The Operation Supervisor must be the leader of the shift with the operations managers and create an environment that encourages ownership and accountability. Stock and maintain inventory of all prize games. Basic knowledge of computers systems and some general point of sale operations. Rudimentary knowledge of troubleshooting computer hardware and computer peripherals. Ensure all games are clean and presentable to Guests. Observe, instruct and monitor Guests for safety and guideline adherence. Assist with Guest recovery and notifies manager to ensure positive Guest experiences. Communicate clearly and professionally while interacting enthusiastically with Guests and fellow co-workers. Work as a team player in meeting guests' needs, and actively contribute to the efforts of other departments. Attend all required department and company meetings and training sessions.
