POSITION SUMMARY
An Andretti Receptionist is a part-time role responsible for anticipating guest needs, and exceeding guest service expectations all while providing a fun and exciting atmosphere. All positions are responsible for assisting guests in various areas, in many capacities, and following Andretti Indoor Karting and Games high standards of quality Guest satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Welcome visitors by greeting them in person, email or the telephone.
* Answer the telephone within the 2-ring guideline and follow up on any calls missed.
* Check, respond and disperse any voicemails or messages received to the appropriate persons.
* Communicate and screen calls for department manager and other Andretti management personnel.
* Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access to reception desk.
* Perform clerical receptionist duties such as filing, faxing, photocopying and transcribing.
* Receive and sort daily mail and deliveries.
* Create and run documents using any Microsoft Office Suite Application.
* Anticipate and respond to Guests in a friendly and positive manner with a sense of urgency.
* Assist with Guest recovery and notify manager to ensure positive Guest experiences.
* Constant working knowledge of Andretti brand, product and policies and procedures.
* Communicate clearly and professionally while interacting enthusiastically with Guests and fellow co-workers.
* Works as a team player in meeting guests' needs, and actively contributes to the efforts of other departments.

Position Summary

POSITION SUMMARY
The part-time Andretti Prep Cook is a culinary professional who specializes in preparing large quantities of food for events such as banquets, weddings, conferences, and other gatherings. The role involves planning menus, coordinating with event organizers, and overseeing the preparation and presentation of dishes to ensure a high-quality dining experience for a large number of guests.
Key responsibilities of a banquet cook may include:
Ensure food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely manner.
Remain knowledgeable about the restaurant menu and make accommodations on individual orders as requested by guests.
Set up, stocks, and organizes workstation throughout the shift.
Practice proper storeroom and inventory control procedures.
Follow proper heating and cooling standards.
Resolve problems with wait staff, customer orders, or other food-related issues in the kitchen in a timely and efficient manner.
Understand the safety practices and know the correct set up, operation, breakdown and cleanup of all equipment.
Maintain utensils such as knives in safe and appropriate working condition as well as ensure that all utensils are clean before each use.
Label, date, and properly store prepped and cooked foods.
Follows proper safety and sanitation guidelines according to local and company health regulations.
Assists with Guest recovery and notifies manager to ensure positive Guest experiences.
Constant working knowledge of Andretti brand, product and policies and procedures.
Performs Opening, Running and Closing department duties as assigned.

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking an Arcade Manager who is ready to be part of a high volume, fast-paced Entertainment Center! The ideal candidate will be an energetic, driven individual with a solid work ethic, positive attitude, and superior guest service skills. As the Arcade Manager, you would be responsible for the overall operations of our state-of-the-art games room. Our game rooms feature arcade games, virtual reality, laser tag, and bumper cars, as well as other attractions.
This position will be directly responsible for meeting and exceeding sales goals, the running of a full retail style prize center, analyzing and understanding game payouts, as well as training and maintaining team members for a variety of positions, all while ensuring that we exceed our guest's expectations and deliver an exceptional experience.

What We're Looking For:
1-2 years of management experience
Experience in retail or sales is a plus
