POSITION SUMMARY
An Andretti Barback is a part-time role responsible for anticipating guest needs, and exceeding guest service expectations all while providing a fun and exciting atmosphere. All positions are responsible for assisting guests in various areas, in many capacities, and following Andretti Indoor Karting and Games high standards of quality Guest satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcome visitors by greeting them in a friendly and positive manner.
Delivers food and beverage in a professional manner according to Andretti standards.
Consistently collect, wash, sanitize and restock all glass and barware for repeated bartender use.
Efficiently and continuously re-stock bartender serving stations with liquor, ice, fruit, straws and napkins as necessary for bartender use.
Keep all stations sanitary up to restaurants and health department standards.
Maintain an organized work area and proactively cleans and resets tables.
Properly disposes of broken glassware.
Rotate and restock produce, beer and wine in coolers and liquor rooms.
Ensure that inventory for drinks is full and well stocked.
Deliver energetic guest service with a sense of urgency.
Observe, instruct and monitor Guests for safety and guideline adherence.
Assist with any Guest recovery and ensure positive Guest experiences.
Maintain constant working knowledge of Andretti brand, product and policies & procedures.
Communicate clearly and professionally while interacting enthusiastically with Guests and fellow co-workers.
Be aware and knowledgeable of facility emergency procedures.
Perform Opening, Running and Closing department duties as assigned.
Prior guest service or hospitality experience is preferred.
Skills & Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent.
The desire and ability to be pleasant, upbeat and sociable throughout the workday.
Be able to work a varied schedule to include days, nights, holidays and weekends.

Overview
The Catering Runner assists the Catering/Suite Manager in providing Premium guests with a pleasant experience. · Collects soiled linen from dining room, transfers to linen pick-up area.
· Takes packaged take-out orders to reception stand for member pick-up.
· Folds napkins and rollup linens.
· Cleans-up spills, broken service ware and attends to similar problems during service with minimal disruption to diners.
· Assists Dining Room Manager and other employees in assuring that the club's policies and procedures for serving alcoholic beverages are consistently followed.
· May assist banquet personnel in setting-up, serving and cleaning up after banquet functions.
· Polishes silver service items.
· Attends pre-service training (line-up meeting).
· Moves tables and chairs as needed for the next member and guest diners.
· Re-sets tables at end of shift for the next meal period.
· Assists with banquet and buffet setup.
· Helps to maintain a fully stocked buffet.
· Performs other appropriate duties as assigned.

Overview
A FoodRunner is a crucial member of the restaurant or catering team responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of food from the kitchen to the customers' tables. Responsibilities
Transport dishes from the kitchen to the appropriate tables in a timely and organized manner, ensuring that orders are accurately delivered.
Collaborate with kitchen and serving staff to maintain clear communication about order statuses, special requests, and any other relevant information.
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure that all components of a meal are ready for delivery simultaneously, maintaining the overall flow of service.
Inspect dishes for accuracy, presentation, and overall quality before delivering them to customers. Report any discrepancies or issues to the appropriate personnel.
Provide excellent customer service by being attentive to customers' needs, answering questions, and addressing concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
Assist in clearing empty plates and utensils from tables, resetting them for new diners, and maintaining overall cleanliness in the dining area.
Collaborate with servers, chefs, and other restaurant staff to create a positive and efficient work environment.
Familiarize yourself with the menu to accurately describe dishes and assist customers with inquiries.
Qualifications

POSITION SUMMARY
An Andretti Bartender is a part-time role with the potential for earning tips. Bartenders are responsible for anticipating guest needs, and exceeding guest service expectations all while providing a fun and exciting atmosphere. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet Guest and takes orders within Andretti guidelines, always exceeding Guests expectations.
Prepare standard and specialty mixed drinks. Pour wine and beer quickly, accurately, and without waste.
Deliver food and beverage in a professional manner according to Andretti standards.
Collect payment for all items purchased and consumed and operate the Point-of-Sale system with ease.
Count cash drawer at the beginning of the shift for accuracy and ensure adequate amount of change is present.
Maintain an organized work area and proactively cleans and resets tables.
Order and maintain liquor and bar supplies, display bottles in an aesthetically pleasing manner.
Properly dispose of broken glassware.
Follow safety and sanitation guidelines in accordance with local health regulations.
Sufficiently handle and accurately count money.
Check identification of any guest consuming alcohol.
Follow all state and company guidelines regarding beverage services.
Observe, instruct and monitor Guests for safety and guideline adherence.
Assist with Guest recovery and notify manager to ensure positive Guest experiences.
Communicate clearly and professionally while interacting enthusiastically with Guests and fellow co-workers.
Performs Opening, Running and Closing department duties as assigned.
Prior guest service or hospitality experience is preferred.
Skills & Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent.
The desire and ability to be pleasant, upbeat and sociable throughout the workday.
