What We Want To See Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (Master's preferred). 5-8 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in the medical device or other regulated industries. Strong understanding of analog and digital circuit design, PCB design, and component selection. Experience with component lifecycle management, EOL replacements, and cost reduction initiatives. Familiarity with schematic and layout tools (Altium a plus) as well as circuit analysis and simulation tools (SPICE). Hands-on lab experience including soldering, data acquisition, debugging techniques, and lab test equipment: multi-meters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, etc. Experience with a scripting language for analyzing and plotting data (Python a plus). Comfortable working with minimal supervision. Excellent documentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
