Job Summary: The Production Supervisor contributes to the success of the company by guiding, overseeing and driving an assigned production team to achieve company goals by communicating expectations, planning, monitoring and evaluating job results. This person must be able to motivate a team and drive efficiencies through their own actions in order to meet customer needs and achieve standards related to cost, line efficiencies, safety, and productivity.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Leads a team of hourly associates to ensure efficient production of products within their assigned facility.
Coaches team members on appropriate processes and facilitate problem solving through team work.
Tracks key performance indicators and anticipates and corrects trends which may have a negative impact on targeted metrics.
Ensures that safety practices are properly followed, including adherence to proper PPE requirements, forklift safety, role model behavior and maintaining clean and organized work spaces.
Works cross functionally with other departments to ensure that the lines continue to operate efficiently while minimizing downtime, meeting scheduling deadlines, and managing labor and associate schedules to budget expectations.
Coordinates with Quality, Customer Operations, Safety and Maintenance to ensure smooth, efficient and continuous production and warehouse operations.
Encourages, promotes and implements cost-saving strategies and techniques through Lean Manufacturing and other principle programs.
Ensures that products meet all customer quality specifications before shipping.
Maintains compliance with all company policies, regulatory requirements, quality standards, HACCP systems, and safety standards.
Pro-actively seeks to correct unsafe conditions and reports any conditions that are not immediately resolved.
Maintains physical condition of production floor by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment, issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
Continuously promotes motivation among the staff to strive for more efficient and productive manufacturing operations, including modeling and leading high standards of customer service, productivity and efficiency.
In conjunction with Human Resources, is responsible for interviewing, selection, coaching, training, discipline and performance management of an hourly staff through positive relations, morale building, teamwork, and consistent leadership.
Coaches and models behaviors for team members on appropriate processes and facilitate problem solving through team work and the promotion of a respectful environment, to include conducting and leading team meetings.
Follows 5S principles in lab and office areas; embraces and practices continuous improvement program at Bowman Andros.
Role Model, promote and assist with enforcing all Bowman Andros Products Food Safety policies, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) and Quality standards for all associates.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of 2 years of progressive leadership experience in a production environment preferred.
Ability to work a flexible schedule that may occasionally require hours outside of assigned shift.
Demonstrated planning, organizing, and project management skills.
Business acumen with the ability to align HR and Company strategic goals.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Prior knowledge of or ability to learn food safety, manufacturing processes, technologies, or other relevant areas of responsibility of manufacturing.
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
Excellent judgment and problem solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where priorities change quickly.
Ability to learn the company's manufacturing management systems.
Regular and reliable attendance required.
Willing to work occasional overtime, as required.
Working Environment:

The Production Supervisor is required to work in the warehouse area, the production floor, and in an office setting. While performing the duties of this job, the associate frequently will be required to sit and stand, as well as being exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and extreme heat and/or cold. The associate continuously works near moving mechanical parts. The associate will be exposed to loud noises from machinery and thus will be required to wear PPE. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, but may be high at times due to mechanical equipment noise.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Unloads product from trailer, by hand or using a hand cart down ramps, stairs, or docks, in all weather conditions and places in designated customer storage areas according to customer specifications and company standards (e.g., handling product according to preferred work methods, scanning product as it is delivered into the store).
Ensures all paperwork is completed according to established company and governmental guidelines (e.g., DOT electronic or manual logs, inspections, company vehicle maintenance reports and pre- and post-trip reports are completed accurately and submitted on a timely basis, ensures all invoices are accurate and turned in daily and all damages and shortages are reported promptly).
Ensures all food safety protocols are met according to established guidelines (e.g., proper temperatures are maintained in the delivery vehicle, product is inspected for visible damages prior to delivery, product is delivered and stored to prevent cross contamination) and maintains sanitary conditions in tractor and trailer; assists with maintaining sanitary conditions in the warehouse and yard.

REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma/GED/equivalent degree. Completion of a tractor trailer driving school will be accepted instead of, or in addition to a high school diploma.
CERTIFICATIONS AND/OR TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License. Must be insurable to operate a vehicle as a condition of initial and continued employment.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Knowledge of: DOT regulations; Hazmat guidelines; Safe lifting and delivery practices.
Skill in: driving over long distances, over a variety of terrains and in varying weather conditions, communicating with customers; solving problems; delivering product.

What this Job Entails:
The Network Deployment Engineer II will design, develop, build and test systems and products based on optic, photonic and laser technologies. The position will interact with device, hardware and software design teams to assist in overall development of optical systems. The position will be responsible for specifying, selecting and qualifying active and passive optical components. The role will also assist with developing and benchmarking system performance models, developing and assisting with implementing test procedures and/or evaluating and selecting appropriate test instrumentation.

Your Roles and Responsibilities:
Deploy, configure, and support a large-scale production and corporate network and server infrastructure in data centers and Point of Presence (POP) sites throughout the assigned region
Calculate and document equipment power requirements and work with Engineering, Facilities Operations, and/or collocation vendors to meet these requirements
Participate in project timelines to support network turn-up within expected completion intervals
Responsible for asset management of networking gear in datacenter and POP sites
Proactively contribute to documentation, automation and processes as they evolve
Create network and server rack face elevations, floor plans, wiring diagrams, and detailed port maps for new deployments and documentation
Create statements of work for vendors at the POP sites
Prepare cage and rack designs, and understand the overall needs of POP infrastructure
Document and follow RMA processes and procedures for all relevant vendors
Follow, improve, and implement data center and POP best practices
Provide necessary escalations to higher support tier; assist Sales and Customer Support with technical operations, and work with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Work closely with Network Engineering, Logistics, and equipment vendors as new equipment and technologies are integrated into the production network
Use internal tools and scripts to configure, monitor, and repair servers and network equipment
Detect and diagnose various error/failure conditions across an array of server types

Required Qualifications/Skills:
Bachelor's degree (B.S/B.A) from four-college or university and 2 to 5 years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Builds productive internal and external working relationships
Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
Must have an understanding of data center network architecture and common issues related to data center networks
Knowledgeable in data center practices (i.e. cable routing, calculating power usage and cooling)
Experience with field-based work in POPs, carrier hotels, or central office environments
Experience with enterprise and service provider network hardware platforms and architectures, including data center switching platforms
Must have a sound and in-depth understanding of IP technologies such as MPLS, BGP, RSVP-TE, IS-IS
Basic understanding of transmission technology and circuit troubleshooting techniques
Solid understanding of fiber-optic technology including cable types, connector types, optic types, patch panels, and optical transport technologies
Proficiency in various operating systems
Ability to capture and analyze traffic
Solid understanding of queue management for tasks and incidents, vendor engagement, and escalation and participation in ongoing POPs deployment projects
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex situations and utilize troubleshooting skills, systems and tools, and creative problem solving abilities under pressure
Excellent communication skills
Experience in dealing with service providers and colocation facilities around the world
Ability to work within a global team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with limited supervision
Strong attention to detail with excellent time management and organization skills
20% to 50% of travel required
Preferred Qualifications:

Job Summary:
The Quality Control Microbiology Technician is responsible for all in-house raw material and finished goods microbiological testing at Bowman Andros Products.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Perform microbiology testing on raw material and finished product, shelf stability studies, and any other samples as requested.
Report results in a timely manner.
Complete Day 21+ testing for all required products.
Ensure all supplies for the micro laboratory are available in adequate amounts, as needed and organize first in first out to avoid expired reagents.
Review and save results to shared drive for all plated samples to ensure quick release off positive hold.
Assists with training team members on microbiology subjects and procedures to help ensure knowledge is shared amongst the team.
Help troubleshoot microbiology failures within area of responsibility.
Perform gluten and allergen testing as needed.
Understand and perform all duties of Quality Control Sanitation Technician as needed when absence occurs.
Notifies appropriate management of out of specification microbiology results on any testing so action can be taken.
Ensures that all documentation filled out is complete and accurate.
Assist and support the functions and responsibilities of the Quality Control Supervisor and Quality Manager.
Understands the production process flow and is actively engaged with the operational lines and teammates on the lines.
Sets up, adjusts and operates all lab equipment and instruments to conduct lab testing.
When requested, tests samples of products and raw materials (sauces, ingredients, and packaging) to verify conformity to specifications.
Maintains clean and orderly work areas, to include general housekeeping, workstations, overall appearance of the lab, retain rooms, equipment, re-stocking of the supplies and maintaining calibration of lab instruments.
Troubleshoots lab equipment if issues occur.
Review quality documentation for product release from positive hold.
Release product from positive hold for orders.
Initiate quality hold when product does not meet specification and/or requirements during review of quality documentation.
Role model, promote and assist with enforcing all Bowman Andros Products Food Safety policies, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) and Quality standards for all teammates.

Working Environment:
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those a teammate encounter while performing the essential functions of this job. The QC Tech is required to work in an office environment, on the production floor, and in a lab. While performing the duties of this job, the teammate frequently will be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, extreme heat and/or cold, and will involve exposure to chemicals in lab settings during testing. The teammate occasionally works near moving mechanical parts. The incumbent will be exposed to loud noises from production equipment and thus will be required to wear PPE. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but may be high at times due to production and mechanical equipment noise.
