ABOUT THE JOB Anduril's Demand & Supply Planning team is seeking a world-class Demand & Supply Planner to join our Fury Launch team at Aresenal-1 in Ashville, OH. The Demand & Supply Planner has an integral role at Anduril, having material flow responsibility throughout the entire value chain, from raw materials to finished goods shipped to customers. They will have full ownership of certain assemblies and product lines, and will be ultimately responsible for sending the correct signals to Purchasing and Manufacturing on what and when to buy or build. This hire will be instrumental in signaling and forecasting accurate demand, planning inventory levels, and ensuring that Anduril supports its hardware requirements via Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software and other associated tools. The Fury Launch Team (FLT) will set the standard for building the future at Arsenal-1, our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Ashville, OH. This team will have the opportunity to train under our world-class manufacturing team at Anduril HQ in Costa Mesa, CA for 3 months before bringing that standard of excellence back to Ohio in Q2 of 2026. Identify and resolve supply issues by collaborating with Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing teams. Lead Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) discussions for Supply Planning on designated product lines. Work with Business Development and Growth teams to align forecasts with actual demand plans. Report on and analyze supply and material health to inform key decisions for Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Business Development. Develop and maintain processes within MRP systems and associated master data. Drive strategic initiatives towards best practices, including demand shaping, advanced modeling, and inventory optimization. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in a technical field (i.e. manufacturing, engineering, analytics, computer science, etc.) or business field (i.e. finance, economics, supply chain management, business administration, marketing, etc.) 3+ years of experience in a supply chain or production role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment dealing with complex assemblies. Complete ownership of a complex value chain, coordinating between multiple, high volume of departments and teams to ensure on-time deliveries and adherence to quality standards. Technical expertise including ability to read technical documentation and understanding hardware manufacturing processes. Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, NetSuite, and CRM systems like Salesforce. Ability to travel up to 10% of the time. Ability to relocate, if not already local to be onsite in Ashville, OH. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Master's degree Strong experience with SQL databases, including building custom queries for production and inventory metrics. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlikview. Knowledge of supply chain planning systems like Blue Yonder and best practices in demand planning, inventory management, and S&OP. Experience with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, six sigma principles, and big data evaluation techniques. The Fury Launch Team (FLT) will set the standard for building the future at Arsenal-1, our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Columbus, OH. The Quality Inspector will support the Manufacturing/Production teams, and be responsible for learning and executing detailed inspection processes necessary to ensure a quality product in a timely manner. Some of the daily duties will include inspecting incoming materials, equipment, and products to ensure quality specifications are met. Additionally, you'll investigate/troubleshoot product and production issues, take corrective action as well as implement standards/specifications/processes cross-functionally with Quality Teams. **This role requires candidates to relocate to Costa Mesa for a 3-month training program, with the goal to be back in Columbus, OH full time in Q1 of 2026. ABOUT THE JOB The Fury Launch Team (FLT) will set the standard for building the future at Arsenal-1, our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Columbus, OH. As an Integration Technician at Anduril, you will play a critical role in bringing advanced autonomous systems to life. You'll work hands-on integrating mechanical, electrical, and software components into complex systems, ensuring products are built, tested, and delivered to the highest standards of quality and performance. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Demonstrated experience with many aspects of aircraft, automotive or similar fabrication, assembly, and operation including structural fabrication, mechanical integration, composites fabrication, and avionics build/integration/test. Experience with common air frame construction techniques such as rivets, mechanical fasteners, nut plates, etc. Proficient with common hand tools and light power tools Proficient with computer use (standard browser, word processing applications) Working knowledge of common electrical components Able to read a wiring diagrams and follow assembly instructions Ability to rapidly change roles/responsibilities while working in a fast paced, challenging work environment. ABOUT THE JOB Anduril's Supply Chain team is seeking a Senior Manager of Material Flow Engineering to join us. Working with a global network of suppliers, to support a global manufacturing platform takes people who are willing to work hard and find ways to win. You will create a strategic plan to optimize warehouse and material flow operations across our Columbus, OH facilities, create a standard set of metrics to monitor team performance, set goals for improving performance, and identify areas to reduce cost while maintaining quality. The right person for this role has extensive supply chain knowledge, has implemented or improved ERP/WMS, and has a track record of managing complex, high-value inventory. WHAT YOU'LL DO Design, develop and implement innovative material management strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize material flow and support production requirements for efficient movement of parts & materials using lean principles across multiple sites. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, production, logistics, and quality, to aid in accurate demand forecasting, procurement planning, and timely delivery of materials Collaborate with production planning teams to align material availability with production schedules, minimize disruptions, and meet customer demand on time Own the metrics, KPIs, and reporting associated with monitoring production line health and efficiency, such as cycle time, throughput rate, capacity, utilization, process non-conformities, and inventory accuracy. Analyze material usage trends, identify opportunities for process improvements, and implement lean practices to optimize material handling, storage, and distribution Support and implement inventory control measures, including cycle counting, regular audits, and reconciliation, to ensure inventory accuracy and prevent stockouts or overstocking Utilize ERP (Oracle) & WMS software (Odoo) systems and tools to track inventory, generate reports, and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and optimize material-related processes Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and quality control protocols in all material management activities Passionately work across multiple programs from development to full rate production to scale best-in-class solutions to align with maturity of manufacturing process Proactively identify imbalances and bottlenecks caused by inventory processes, line layouts, parts shortages, staffing shortages, and other production constraints; flag constraints with the appropriate owners across Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, and Quality and drive to resolution Develop processes to optimize workplans for highly variable demands across multiple sites. Translate tools and reports into actionable tasks that impact the health of warehouse operations across a plethora of processes and sites. Produce and maintain tools to increase accuracy of work demand for new facilities and maturing processes using a data-driven approach using tools such as Value Stream Mapping/ Process Mapping/ Line Balancing techniques Identify and solve complex problems related to the movement of materials within a manufacturing environment. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or other technical field/supply chain management 10+ years of experience with 5+ years of people management experience in material flow engineering and management, inventory control, or supply chain management roles, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment 5+ years of experience in a high-rate supply chain or manufacturing environment, where complex mechanical and/or electrical assemblies are built with heavy data utilization Ability to read technical documentation such as drawings and CAD data, understanding of a variety of hardware manufacturing processes for both electronics (PCBAs, sensor hardware, etc.) and structures, mechanical components, and electromechanical systems Ability to travel up to 25% of the time Ability to relocate, if not already local to be onsite in Columbus, OH PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, inventory management techniques, and material planning strategies Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills are crucial for collaborating with different teams.
