Responsibilities Provide anesthesia care for patients undergoing fertility treatments and procedures, including oocyte retrievals, embryo transfers, and minor in-office interventions. Perform preoperative assessment and optimization of patients for anesthesia. Monitor and manage patients during procedures to ensure safety and comfort. Administer and titrate anesthesia medications as appropriate for individual patient needs. Collaborate closely with the fertility care team to ensure seamless procedural workflow and patient experience. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards. Educate patients on anesthesia plans, risks, and post-procedure recovery. Qualifications MD or DO degree with board certification in Anesthesiology. Current U.S. medical license and DEA registration. 2+ years of experience in anesthesia, preferably in OB/GYN, fertility, or women's health settings. Strong communication, empathy, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative clinical environment. A candidate must already be authorized to work in the United States. Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation based on experience and employment type.
