The starting annual salary for this role is $250,000, prorated to $62,500 for 0.25 FTE (10 hours per week). We maintain consistent starting salaries and salary bands to ensure our team members have a clear path for growth within their roles, allowing their compensation to increase as they gain experience at InStride.

Role Summary:
This part-time surgical role is ideal for a provider who enjoys hands-on procedures and values patient comfort and safety. You'll be supported by an experienced clinical team and have access to modern surgical suites and sedation options.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform complex extractions (including wisdom teeth)
Place dental implants and perform associated bone grafting
Provide IV or oral conscious sedation (certification required)
Diagnose and manage oral surgical cases with precision and care
Collaborate with general dentists and specialists for interdisciplinary treatment planning
Candidate Requirements:
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
Active Ohio dental license
Specialty training in Oral Surgery or minimum 2+ years of surgical experience as a General Dentist
IV sedation or oral sedation certification (required or willing to obtain)
Current BLS/ACLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start)
Compassionate chairside manner and team-oriented approach

You are a licensed OMFS with a passion for providing excellent care to your patients. You have a strong work ethic and a positive attitude, and you enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. YOU WILL
* Partner with the surgical team to provide safe, efficient quality care for each patient
* Spend most of your time on cases of erupted and bony impacted 3rds, orthodontic-referred impacted teeth, and severely non-restorable adult teeth
