Responsibilities
The Collaborating Physician works with an APN (or more than one) who is performing in home and/or telehealth wellness assessments on patients' designated by HarmonyCares Medical Group. APNs working with the Collaborating Physician will not have prescriptive authority, nor will they be treating patients. As a Collaborating Physician you will:
Be available via telecommunication or in-person for consultation with APN to address patient assessment questions
Regularly performs annual chart reviews
Consults with APN ensure adherence to policies, procedures, state laws and quality
Be accountable for outstanding customer service to all external and internal customers
Qualifications
Active/unrestricted Medical Physician License
Board certified/board eligible required
Residency completion required
1 year experience in Healthcare management
Experience with Risk Adjustment
Must reside in the state where the openings exists
Pay Transparency
The Collaborating Physician is compensated $125.00 per month for each active Advanced Practice Provider with whom they are collaborating. Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related considerations.

What we are looking for: We are seeking a Neuroradiologist to work primarily during daytime hours EST. This person could be fully remote or Grand Rapids based! The schedule will be primarily 8a to 5p or 7a to 3p EST but will include occasional time flexible outpatient shifts, occasional Neuro ER/Inpatient 10a-6p or 11a-7p shifts, and a rare Neuro ER/Inpatient evening shift.

Occasional remote supervision of radiology residents rotating on Neuroradiology service.

Position Summary
The Physician Coach - GME Behavioral Health Faculty role serves as a key member of the Adena GME team, supporting our mission through resident education, wellness initiatives, and faculty development. This role focuses on promoting resident and faculty well-being, advancing behavioral health education, and cultivating a positive learning environment that encourages both professional and personal growth.
Reporting directly to the Designated Institutional Official in a matrixed structure-and working closely with the Family Medicine Residency Program Director-the Behavioral Health Faculty will:
Provide confidential guidance and support to residents and faculty in areas such as well-being, burnout/resilience, interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, leadership development, interprofessional collaboration, and academic/career advancement.
Develop and implement longitudinal curricula in behavioral medicine, professionalism, career development, and wellness.
Advise programs on behavioral medicine and resident wellness within the educational context.
Offer educational resources and consultation on the psychosocial aspects of medical care, including strategies for understanding and addressing common mental health conditions from an educational standpoint.
Note: This position does not involve direct clinical care of patients, but plays a vital role in supporting the behavioral health needs of learners and ensuring alignment with ACGME accreditation and curricular expectations.
Minimum Qualifications
Required Education:
Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Psychology
Major/Area of Concentration: Behavioral Health, Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Behavioral Science, or related field
Preferred Education:
Doctoral degree (PhD, PsyD, or EdD) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology, or related field
Additional training in medical education, health professions education, or organizational leadership
Required Certifications, Credentials, and Licenses:
Must hold, or be eligible for, independent licensure to practice in a behavioral health field in the State of Ohio
Completion of De-escalation Training within 6 months of hire
Preferred Certifications:
Certification or training in physician coaching, resilience training, or organizational well-being
(e.g., Certified Physician Development Coach, National Wellness Institute certification)
Experience Requirements
Required Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in behavioral health, counseling, or a related field
Experience working with adult learners or professionals in high-stress environments (healthcare, education, etc.)
Demonstrated ability to teach, mentor, or counsel in an academic or healthcare setting
Strong understanding of wellness, resilience, and behavioral medicine concepts in the context of medical education

Job Summary
Provides consultative services and support for human resource issues and initiatives which impacts leaders and teammates. Makes recommendations to leader for the development, design, and roll out of programs and initiatives with guidance from HR leaders and team members. Acts as a subject matter expert on policies, procedures, and fundamentals of all core areas of human resources for teammates and leaders.
Essential Functions
Provides advice and consultation to leaders regarding complex issues for assigned division. Conducts and participates in surveys, prepares internal analyses, develops statistical compilations, cost analyses, internal surveys, and prepares queries.
Leads and actively participates on project teams in the development and implementation of comprehensive programs and change initiatives.
Consults with leaders to plan and collect data to assess workplace environment by analyzing employee relations indicators (grievances, teammate engagement survey, turnover, etc.) and recommends programs or actions.
Works collaboratively with leaders to identify and apply best practices, to recognize recurring issues, problems, and trends that may require a recalibration of human resources policy and practice across the system, and to ensure that assigned division is receiving the highest level of System experience and expertise possible.
Act as a subject matter expert for the assigned division and provide HR services to strategically drive results with the goal of increasing teammate satisfaction and retention.
Physical Requirements
Work requires typing, filing, use of telephone and sitting for prolonged periods of time. Stretching, bending, reaching, pushing and pulling are required a moderate amount of the time. May lift and carry up to 40 pounds on an intermittent basis. Some standing and walking is required. Must speak and understand English fluently. Must demonstrate the ability to communicate and concentrate effectively. Good hearing is required for related communications.

Base Pay: $67,8496.00 - 101,296.00 annually

Education, Experience and Certifications
Bachelor's Degree required. 3 years of related experience required. HR certification (i.e., CCP, PHR, SPHR or CEBS) preferred based on role. Has excellent oral and written communication skills. Has strong computer and customer service skills. Proficient in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook preferred. Proficient in PeopleSoft and a similar HRIS preferred.
