The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, be confident in his/her decision-making skills, organized, and comfortable collaborating with Dr. Jennifer Breedlove who will be leading our Cosmetics expansion. This candidate needs to be able to convey realistic results to each patient and determine a care plan respectively, keeping in mind the financial aspect of each procedure versus the expectations. Interested candidates will join an established group of 5 General Dermatologists and 2 Mohs surgeons. The practice typically sees between 150-200 patients daily. Leadership styles are calm, approachable, foster trust, and value open communication. The group focuses on goals and ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
