This position plays a key role in developing, organizing, and producing high-quality proposals and other client correspondences. You will collaborate directly with the Project Development Manager and Senior Management to create strategic, compliant, and compelling proposal materials that reflect our company's operational excellence and commitment to client success. The ideal candidate is a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, and is eager to contribute to a high-performing, nationally recognized organization. Key Responsibilities Develop, write, and edit proposals including executive summaries, methodologies, budgets, and supporting materials. Coordinate proposal activities, gather project information, obtain quotes from vendors/partners, and ensure consistency in messaging and compliance across submissions. Research and respond to RFPs, amendments, legal documents, and class action settlement agreements. Collect, organize, and manage data from internal and external databases, CRM systems, and vendors. Ensure timely completion and submission of proposals by managing schedules, tracking progress, and coordinating input from contributors. Collaborate with Business Development and Operations Teams to ensure seamless project handoffs and accurate cost estimates. Maintain proposal templates, databases, and content libraries to support efficiency and quality in future submissions. Continuously improve proposal processes and documentation practices to enhance accuracy and impact. Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders across multiple departments and time zones. Exhibit strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail while meeting multiple deadlines. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by management. Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in a related field or discipline. 3-5 years of proven experience in proposal writing, project coordination, or a related function. Demonstrated success in developing business proposals and cost estimates. Skills & Competencies Strong writing, editing, and research skills with the ability to translate technical information into clear, persuasive language. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment. Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive). Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a professional demeanor. Ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and respond effectively under pressure. Familiarity with accounting principles and proposal management systems preferred. Experience in financial, insurance, or legal industries is a plus. Other Requirements Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future. Liaise with Case Processing Lead and/or Case Management vendor to implement case corrections and training if required. · Close collaboration with WAVES team, IT, International Pharmacovigilance (IPV) & Capability Building and other interface functions to identify opportunities of process improvement. · Lead role in liaising with Health Authorities where applicable to resolve issues with E2B submission Review of interventional clinical trial studies and study specific reporting rules: · Review of study reporting plans and reporting responsibility matrix in close cooperation with GSPV Clinical Trial Liason, Risk Management, Clinical Operations and Clinical Research Organizations. Review the monthly notifications (Veeva) for study status including country approval status and update reporting requirements as required. Development and update of domain relevant training documents. Support upskilling of team members to empower accountability to respond to changing business needs. Our Company Research Lab's Quantitative Pharmacology & Pharmacometrics (QP2) group within the Translational Medicine department is seeking summer intern students for 2026. Quantitative Pharmacology & Pharmacometrics provides mathematical modeling, simulation, and pharmacokinetic / pharmacodynamic (PK/PD) analysis to enable drug development decisions across the pipeline - starting at discovery / preclinical investigation, through early-stage clinical trials, to late-stage clinical trials and drug registration. The intern will work closely with a Quantitative Pharmacology & Pharmacometrics scientist(s) mentor to build and apply novel mathematical, physiological, pharmacologic, or statistical models to support drug development and create new quantitative capabilities and approaches. Interns have an opportunity to collaborate with scientists in Quantitative Pharmacology & Pharmacometrics and other groups within our company, to develop external presentations / publications and to learn about drug development more broadly. How you will contribute: · You will greet donors as they enter and exit the donor floor. · You will perform venipuncture of donors and programming of plasmapheresis machine. · You will monitor donors during the donation process and manage donor reactions. · You will perform all tasks required for the setup, verification, operation, and troubleshooting of plasmapheresis equipment within scope of training. · You will install, prime, and disconnect disposable sets on the plasmapheresis machines · You will stock supplies, break down empty cartons and assist with proper disposal. · You will take and record donor pulse, blood pressure, and temperature measures and monitor electronic donor questionnaire system. · You will perform finger sticks, test sample, and record other donor measures to include hematocrit, total protein, and weight. · You will enter donor information into the Donor Information System (DIS). · You will coordinate donors to donor floor and compensate donors using the Debit Card system. · You will support the center management team in identifying operational opportunities for continuous improvement, initiating changes to center processes through use of company approved procedures including 5S, Value Stream Mapping and Kaizen.
