Job Description: Receptionist/Concierge SUMMARY: Performs assigned duties that protect the safety and dignity of residents. Work together with all staff to ensure that the resident care goals are being met and that all building goals are being met. The Receptionist must be able to always ensure proper management of the facility, including staff, independent 3 rd parties, deliveries, repairs, inspections and any other items which can affect the safety and wellbeing of the residents. They must listen to instructions from the director and manage the facility in their absence.
