Housekeepers are responsible for cleaning guest rooms, condos, and homes
Typical cleaning duties include making beds, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, washing windows, etc.

Remove trash from guest rooms and throughout the hotel
Sweep and mop floors throughout the hotel, clean shared bathrooms, and wash office and door windows

Carry out any other assigned tasks by manager
Qualifications: No experience necessary, all training will be provided. A flexible schedule is required as shifts will include daytime, evening, and some night shifts. Lift Operator

Lift Operator Join the Lift Operations department and play a very important role in running the winter mountain operations. Lift operators are responsible for ensuring guests load and unload the lift successfully and that all lift protocol is followed. Delivers packets to the pick-up window at the Winter Ticket Office.
Will also be responsible for keeping fulfillment area clean, neat, organized and well stocked. Must be able to consistently lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.).
Checks to ensure 1 Risk Waivers are signed before distributing packets.
Facilitates cancellations and refunds with the resolutions team.

The Mountain Operations Dispatcher is responsible for the dispatching of resources and communications for the entire Mountain Operations Team. Monitoring and recording all radio traffic
Answering the dispatch phone
Authorizing lifts to start loading passengers every morning
Keeping records of warnings issued, tickets pulled, etc. for skiers that violate rules
Keeping track of all resources at all times - people and vehicles
Enforcing preferred routes of travel for all vehicles summer and winter
Dispatching patrol resources for injured skiers/bikers (10-50's) and courtesy rides (10-14's)
Dispatching patrollers to daily stations (slow signs, sweeps, traffic control, bump, FA1, etc.)
Dispatching patrollers to perform snow safety work and documenting
Communicating directly with EMS over the phone and radio to coordinate transfer of care
Communicating directly with flight crews to land air EMS on the mountain
Coordinating and communicating operational changes based on weather
Dispatching Security to incidents where they are needed
Dispatching the appropriate leadership employees to incidents
Dispatching incident investigators to incidents that require an investigation
Coordinating and communicating Lift Evacuations and Lift Closures (mechanical and weather related)
Coordinating and communicating Search and Rescue operations
Coordinating shuttle transportation for weather related closures of chairlifts (wind hold and lightning)
Dispatching groomers and snowmakers to areas in need of work

Qualifications:
Prior experience as a dispatcher is not required. You will have the opportunity to learn the position from the ground up as long as you are able to take the initiative to get yourself up to speed quickly, take ownership of the position, possess excellent attention to detail, self-motivate, and develop strong relationships with all of the mountain operations personnel.
Other skills and abilities:
Must be able to quickly learn the mountain including all trails, access points, roads, intersections, landmarks, etc. to a very high level of detail in order to effectively dispatch resources to specific locations.
Ability to thrive in a high stress work environment where multiple forms of communication have to be juggled at the same time
Ability to communicate extremely effectively in person, over the phone, over email, and with two-way radios
Tone of voice must be positive, calm, and consistent regardless of how busy or stressful the operations become

Snowmaking Supervisor Angel Fire Resort is currently seeking a Snowmaking Supervisor to join the team this summer. The Snowmaking department currently works on summer snowmaking projects and prepares for the winter ski season. Working under the Snowmaking Manager & Assistant Manager, the Snowmaking Supervisor will lead other employees by example in skillfully and carefully completing all projects assigned, handling equipment properly, and following all safety policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience working with an air/water snowmaking system, has experience leading employees, and is prepared to work in extreme winter conditions. Provides daily supervision of the snowmaking department and ensures all employees follow the procedures and best practices of snowmaking operations.
Carries out summer projects that prepare the mountain for winter operations, which includes rerouting snowmaking equipment for new lifts being installed and installing piping and electric
Operates, maintains, and tracks various types of snowmaking equipment, including hydrants, using proper safety standards.
Ensures proper completion and filing of all required reports and logs.
Supports the Snowmaking Manager with the pre-season pressure testing of the equipment, addressing any leaks or issues prior to the start of the snowmaking season.
Operates and controls electric motors, pumps, and valves to regulate flow of water.
Turns outlet valves to adjust compressed air and water mixture to obtain desired snow spray.
Works safely in close proximity to heavy equipment, high voltage, and high-water pressures.
Makes snow in correct location by interpreting snow plan, relocating equipment, and gauging snow coverage.
Attends periodic staff meetings with other department heads to discuss company policies and patrons' complaints, and to make recommendations to improve service and ensure more efficient operation.
Ensures employees use equipment, snowmobiles, vehicles, and ATV's according all best practices, including wearing helmets as required.
Plays an active role in the risk management of the slopes by addressing safety concerns and identifying areas of improvement for overall guest experience.
Assists with inspections to detect wear, misalignment, or other problems of all equipment.
Ensures that any snowmaking equipment left out on the slopes during the day (when the mountain is open for skiing) is moved off to the side of the run, marked, and/or roped off in order to meet risk management best practices. This can be done by contacting the Patrol Director or Summit Dispatch to request assistance with hazard marking.
Receives training and completes all tasks as regulated by State and Federal environmental standards and OSHA regulations.
Performs other duties as assigned while waiting for optimum snowmaking weather.
Environment: This is a physically demanding, outdoor, night time position which includes working long hours in variable (severe, cold, wet, adverse) winter weather conditions. Must be able to regularly lift/carry 100lbs. Qualifications: At least three years of snowmaking experience with an air/water system; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Appreciation and understanding of the ski industry/culture is a must. Other: A ski jacket and snow pants will be provided as part of the uniform. Must provide all other winter clothing and boots.
