Michael Trigilio
HouseWorks

Mike was named Chief Executive Officer of HouseWorks in April 2021 with more than 25 years’ operating experience in the home care industry. A proven operations-focused leader with client and Caregiver well-being always top of mind, he brings a data-driven approach to home care. Previously, Mike served as CEO of Associated Home Care and grew it from three clients to more than 20,000, transforming it into one of the largest home care companies in Massachusetts prior to its sale in 2016. In 2016, Trigilio became President of the Personal Care division at Amedisys, overseeing the operations, acquisitions, and strategic direction of its Personal Care division from 2016-2020. Previously, Mike founded Health and Home Care Training Center, a caregiver training center in Massachusetts, and Elder Home Options, a residential housing model that kept seniors in their community and partnered with payors to stabilize clients’ housing, services and long term care management. Mike’s two decades of experience in concierge private home care, geriatric care management, Medicaid delivery at scale, and technology adaptation positions him to expand HouseWorks into a premier home-care, technology-driven company. He is committed to advancing the role of private-pay home care to allow clients age in the comfort of their homes and continuing to develop world-class professional Caregivers. He is on the Board of Directors of CHAP, an independent, nonprofit accrediting body for home and community-based health care organizations. Mike earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Salem State University.
