In this role, you will: Model Angels of Care processes, procedures, and HALOS values in daily work and candidate interactions. Perform data entry in required systems and programs. Follow the full cycle of the hiring process to ensure nurses successfully begin their first week of shifts. Partner with recruiters to ensure a smooth, timely, and complete hiring process from first contact to first shift worked. Support candidate flow through the hiring process by managing the applicant tracking system and job boards, as well as actively headhunting nurses.
