Requirements
Required Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience in operations management within industrial construction or contracting.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management and operational software.
• Ability to travel locally and regionally as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
