Key Responsibilities • Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple job sites, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence. • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals and client expectations. • Manage labor, equipment, and subcontractor resources across projects. • Collaborate with project managers, safety personnel, and executive leadership to ensure seamless project execution. • Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to drive performance and continuous improvement. • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and quality standards. • Lead, mentor, and develop field leadership and operations teams. • Serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Working Conditions • Based in Freeport, TX, with frequent travel to job sites in the region. • Office and field-based work must be comfortable in industrial environments (e.g., refineries, plants, construction zones). • Flexible schedule with occasional evening or weekend work based on project needs.
