We are continually improving our practices through the study and application of this philosophy. JAM Early Education believes children have the right to a safe, nurturing, and choice-filled environment. We promote respect, kindness, beauty, love, order, and a positive environment. We value the religious, economic, cultural, and education diversity of children and families, and we will work with you to incorporate these aspects into the student's day. JAM Early Education provides hands-on activities and real-life experiences. Through these opportunities children find meaning in the work they do thus increasing their depth of learning. We introduce children to ideas starting with the simplest form of an idea (ex. putting on their shoes) and moving into more complexity (ex. tying their own shoes). We believe each child has the capacity for growth and development and is guided to develop in all areas: emotional, social, creative, physical, spiritual, and intellectual. We offer opportunities that are right for their current developmental needs. We strive to nurture the lifelong enthusiasm for learning within each child.
