Lots of forced overtime. Gives you the opportunity to make a lot of money to leave sooner.

Most people are 21 to 26, high turnover. Where do you think the older workers are--there are none. No future. If you want a family or life, not the place for you.

Lots of overtime. No raises. Only way to make more money is get promoted which happens because of high turnover. Look around when you interview or get a tour. No older workers.

    Good insurance benefits.

Terrible structure and management. High turnover. The rich get richer in the company and don’t care about their employees. Salary employees (management/salesmen) get better treatment and benefits. For example, salary employees get 16 weeks paid time off for maternity leave and hourly employees have to use holiday/sick days and/or disability in order to get paid time off for only up to 12 weeks.

    Free monthly beer.
