Moving onto the People facet, the company has over 19,000 employees all over the United States. With their passion for brewing great beer, none of this would be possible. That's why Anheuser-Busch looks for people who are curious, bold and resilient. They're constantly trying to prove that the impossible is possible, tackle challenges without hesitation and embrace new technology.

And what people would there be with no culture? That's where the support comes in at Anheuser-Busch. Employees are constantly being empowered to lead real change for the future growth of the industry. They're celebrated for ambition, resilience, determination and achievement. They're supported in making high expectations and moving fast.

    Pros

    Good insurance benefits.

    Cons

Terrible structure and management. High turnover. The rich get richer in the company and don’t care about their employees. Salary employees (management/salesmen) get better treatment and benefits. For example, salary employees get 16 weeks paid time off for maternity leave and hourly employees have to use holiday/sick days and/or disability in order to get paid time off for only up to 12 weeks.

    Benefits

    Free monthly beer.
