**ROLE SUMMARY:**
The Government Affairs Manager for Outreach and Mobilization will support communication of company priorities to elected officials, regulatory officials and staff and work with committees of jurisdiction to proactively advance Anheuser-Busch priorities. This role reports to the Senior Director of Federal Government Affairs and supports both the Federal and State Government Affairs teams. This role is based in Washington, D.C.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Participate in the development of communications tools and materials used as part of the team's advocacy efforts before Congress and the administration.
+ Develop, manage and execute stakeholder management tools and processes.
+ Day-to-day management of activities and execution of key moments to mobilize A-B employees, external partners, and trade associations in support of policy and reputation agenda.
+ Coordinate campaigns across federal and state government affairs.
+ Ensure message consistency across activations.
+ Assist in coordination of government affairs engagement with existing company initiatives.
+ Manage effective relationship mapping.
+ Work with consultants, trade associations and coalition partners.
+ Monitor key trade association and coalition partner policy committees, advocacy efforts and other programs to advocate AB legislative and regulatory priorities.
+ Support the administration, planning and execution of internal and external special events with VIP and Washington, D.C. stakeholders.
+ Support the federal government affairs team's political outreach efforts.
+ Some travel required.
**JOB QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ Bachelor's degree required.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
+ Minimum four years of Capitol Hill, State legislature, campaign, or other relevant experience with increasing levels of responsibility.

ROLE SUMMARY:
Partner directly with dedicated main house wholesalers, cultivating a strategic relationship at a higher level of the wholesaler organization. Using a strategic, forward-thinking mindset, elevate AB's role & presence with wholesalers in your specific market. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build strong business relationships with key wholesalers and internal partners and ensure a alignment between company and customer objectives

POCM management: assist in allocating POCM to branch satellites, communicate to sales team when new POCM is available, and lead storage and inventory of POCM
Manage Commercial plan development, Wholesaler Joint Business Plans (WJBP), and critical Commercial processes, including but not limited to:
Pricing strategy development & price increase sell-in
Cents per case audits
Forecasting Reviews
Manage end-to-end Wholesaler Management and relationships, including Wholesaler planning & performance routine/meetings (innovation, channel, and non-alc), Trimester planning & strategy implementation, and AOE & WEA assessments
Oversee and own the Sales, Share and Financial performance of dedicated main house wholesalers
Provide routine report-outs through the Sales Performance Reviews with senior management
Understand the market dynamics and industry-specific trends and landscapes to bring new insights and solutions to drive results and lead future growth
Full understanding and ability to leverage tools at your disposal to provide strategic oversight of the business: IRI, CSR, Business Objects, VIPR, RMIS, etc.

A Day in the Life

· Sell existing and new potential customers replacement spare parts and services including audits, repairs and rebuilds in order to meet the objectives of the company strategy and business plan, action agenda and goals.
· Managing after-sales support and negotiating contracts.
· Provide effective customer service to enable the company to maximize sales and profits.
· Developing personal sales plans and maintaining customer relationships.
· Follow and help improve the customer contact process to ensure sales objectives are met.
· Provide effective communication to other team members to ensure on-time delivery and a quality product.
· Develop timely and accurate sales forecasts.

What You Will Learn:
The L'Oréal Derm Team Skin Health Advisor (SHA) serves as a critical link between L'Oréal's scientific data and dermatologists, leveraging their expertise to demonstrate the benefits of L'Oréal products and ultimately drive sales. Collaborating closely with the Regional Sales Director, the SHA implements a data-driven strategy to achieve share of recommendation goals, sales targets, and territory management KPIs within their assigned territory. This involves planning, coordinating, and executing field-based product detailing activities in line with company standards, ensuring dermatologists have the information they need to confidently recommend L'Oréal products to their patients.
Responsibilities:
+ Partner with the Regional Sales Director in achieving sales & recommendation targets and KPIs set by management on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
+ Maintain ongoing communication with each dermatology office; Build strong relationships with dermatologists and office staff and establish trust and credibility.
+ Educate dermatologists and staff on priority product portfolio and leverage samples to ensure high share of recommendations to patients, driving sell-through at retailers.
+ Maintain a minimum call average of 45 dermatology health care professional calls per week (average 9 physician, physician assistant, and nurse practitioner calls)
+ Create and implement optimal field routing to achieve 90% reach to 175 targets. Director on competitive activity in the territory to allow preparation for the appropriate response.
+ Analyze and control expenditures to meet budgetary requirements.
+ Organize and schedule tasks, develop realistic strategies and goals, and present action plans to Regional Director.
+ Coordinate special events such as speaker programs, lunches, or dinners to educate and inform dermatologists about products and clinical studies.
+ Monitor and report competitive Intelligence.

A Day in the Life
This position will be responsible for maintaining SAP Product Compliance functionality through semi-annual regulatory updates, loading substance level data and troubleshooting ruleset issues. Additionally, the position must ensure compliance with global requirements for safety data sheet (SDS) preparation. Responsibilities include completing hazard assessments of final and intermediate formulations, preparing hazard communication documentation, maintaining product information databases and confirming compliance with health and safety, transportation and waste requirements. Requirements
* 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Product Compliance/EHS SDS authoring, Hazardous Substance Master & Dangerous Goods Master

The Product Safety Department is responsible for the safety evaluation, testing and documentation of raw materials and finished products developed, or acquired by L'Oréal USA, in compliance with global regulations and guidelines. This position requires an in-depth working knowledge of toxicology and safety risk assessment principles and includes providing technical leadership to a team of highly technical individuals responsible for the review and compliance of the safety of raw materials and finished products as well as the support of claims related to product safety.
We are seeking an Associate Principal Scientist to join our Product Safety & Toxicology team in our Clark Research facility. The Product Safety team is part of the Safety, Regulatory, Claims and Micro (SRCM) team that supports the work for R&I and the Americas zone.
As an Associate Principal Scientist in our Product Safety & Toxicology team, your main responsibilities are:
* Provide technical leadership and development within the Product Safety function of SRC Americas with regard to cosmetics, OTC monograph products, drugs, medical devices and chemicals throughout the product lifecycle.
* Develop a strong interface with all global stakeholders, particularly R&I and Business divisions.
* Provide technical leadership and direction to cross-functional international teams across multiple product categories.
* Provide the expertise required to defend Group's safety policy and projects before the relevant authorities and stakeholders.

In the role of **Safety Lead** working in **Elkton, VA** you will be part of the **Shenandoah Brewery Safety team.** You will be responsible for leading and supporting a comprehensive safety, industrial hygiene, and risk mitigation
This position reports to **Safety Manager** .
**The Responsibilities:**
+ Leads the development, implementation and communication of safety programs, policies and procedures
+ Maintains and ensures compliance with all safety regulatory requirements
+ Maintains company safety policies and incident prevention programs for the purpose of prevention of injuries and near misses
+ Coaches and facilitates teams to assist in achievement of safety related goals
+ Supports team performance and employee engagement related to safety
+ Coach World Class Supply Chain principles and represent the EHS Pillar through coaching Daily Management Systems (EHS Trigger, QRP, JSA, Safety Maps, BOS, etc.) at Trio and Department DDS meetings.
+ Ensures all fixed and personal gas detection systems are maintained.
+ Support projects to manage risk through design, planning and construction phases.
**The Other Qualifications:**
+ You have a Bachelor's degree in safety, engineering, or related field preferred.
+ Professional certification related to EHS preferred - ASP, CSP, CIH, etc.
+ Minimum of 5 years' experience in manufacturing leading and improving safety and health performance and regulatory compliance
+ Professional level knowledge of OSHA regulations and other applicable safety and health national industry standards.
+ Experience coaching and mentoring operational leaders regarding Safety.
+ Ability to train employees in safe work practices, procedures and the like.
