Job Summary
The Opportunity
MGBHP is seeking an experienced EDI Developer who is responsible for the design, development and maintenance of EDI solutions for HIPAA EDI like 270/271, 276/277, 278, 820, 834, 835, 837 and 999 transactions. Must have a good understanding of the HIPAA EDI Implementations and Companion guides used across Health Care industry.
Must have software development experience and should be able to follow design principles and coding/best practices for development. Should be able to work in cross functional project teams and follow SDLC processes. A good hands on experience with development tools such as Visual Studio, C#.NET, Microsoft SQL Server 2008R2, T-SQL and BizTalk Server are essential for this role
Qualifications
Primary Responsibilities:
* Programming, including writing T-SQL in SQL Server and SSIS packages, which support the Vendor Interfaces.
* Analyze business and system requirements, including impact analyses on existing systems, to develop systems specifications
* In partnership with the business units, design, prepare and execute unit test plans for application upgrades and enhancements.
* General data mapping of ANSI HIPAA EDI files, including coding, translation, development, testing and deployment or EDI applications.
* Perform analysis on systems and processes to become a subject matter expert, in order to help and support the business units.
* Work with hosted vendors to accomplish SDLC objectives
* Provide data analysis support for NHP business areas in order to assist with the business areas' information, reporting and application development needs. Data analysis entails understanding the flow of data and its interdependency among QNXT core modules such as Member
* Enrollment and Services, Claims Processing, Provider Relations, Clinical Systems and Finance.
* Track and monitor problem tickets to insure timely resolution
* Communicate status and escalate issues as needed.
* Identify and resolve problems related to business processes and applications.
* Coordinate and/or perform change and revision management to ensure inter-operability of systems.
* Anticipates and meets, or exceeds, internal and/or external customer expectations and requirements; establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers and gains their trust and respect.
* Assist in requirements gathering with end users to clearly define information needs and translate those requirements into specifications for development.
* Participate in change management, disaster recovery and production support operations.
* Coordinate technical support and software upgrades with in-house staff and outside vendors to ensure NHP applications are performing effectively.
Education
Bachelor's Degree Computer Science required or Bachelor's Degree Computer Applications required or Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required
Qualifications
* Three to five years working experience in application development, support and maintenance in a dynamic, Microsoft environment. Healthcare systems related experience is preferred
* Understanding of the data dependencies that exist between applications and systems
* Experience with QNXT and CCA or other Integrated HealthCare Systems - ASP.NET, C# and SharePoint Applications
* Experience required in SSIS packages, ANSI X12, XML, HL7 formatted EDI transactions
* Experience with the development and support of intra-application data exchanges, job scheduling and inter-job dependencies
* Demonstrated ability to develop customized solutions to meet business requirements
* Strong analytical, programming and demonstrated project management skills. - Must have demonstrated ability to interact effectively and maintain productive interpersonal relations.

What will you do?
Deliver direct client counseling services to families, couples, and children (patients, their parents, siblings and/or other stakeholders) through telehealth.
Utilize empirically supported therapeutic approaches that draw from a variety of disciplines and are tailored to the needs of each client. This may include Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, Solution Focused Collaborative Therapy, and others.
Attend to relational ethics while collaborating with others in the interdisciplinary team and the families we serve, actively engaging other team members to ensure wraparound support for the family and sharing of information and ideas.
Participate in family care meetings with other providers, as needed.
Additional responsibilities may be added, such as clinical mentorship, with participation in our Clinical Ladder Program.

You hold a master's degree or doctorate in psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field.
You possess a current unrestricted license to practice independently as a Independent Clinical Social Worker, Mental Health Clinician, Professional Counselor (or equivalent), or Marriage and Family Therapist in the state where you will be working and have been licensed within the state where you will be practicing at Cortica for at least 1 year.
You are well-grounded and knowledgeable in a variety of empirically supported psychotherapy treatment approaches including, but not limited to, cognitive and behavioral, postmodern/post-structural, social-constructionism, and narrative therapy.
You bring 1+ years of experience working with children or families with developmental differences in a counseling environment.

Our Behavioral Health Services programs provide residential and outpatient treatment for those struggling with mental illness, developmental disabilities, or substance use disorders. For many individuals, our programs literally save lives.
Under the direction of the Clinical Director and in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of medical professionals, clinicians, counselors and Behavioral Health Specialists; the Social Service Worker / Counselor is responsible for providing clinical services including completing biopsychosocial assessments, individual and group therapy and care coordination for patients admitted Clinical Stabilization Services. The Counselor provides patient-centered, evidence-based treatment and supports to facilitate the realization of personal potential for Clinical Stabilization patients.
Essential Functions
Develop comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and individualized treatment plans for each assigned patient.
Provide brief supportive therapy and facilitate psychoeducational groups that include identifying and implementing evidence-based practices under the guidance of the Clinical Director. Counsel patients individually, in family meetings and in group sessions to facilitate progress toward treatment goals under the direction of the Clinical Director.
Maintain assigned patient caseload providing individual counseling multiple times per week to each patient, as appropriate.
Work in collaboration with the case manager to execute referrals and linkages to the appropriate level of care.
Provide crisis prevention, intervention and risk assessments and screenings, escalating to the appropriate party when assistance is needed (Clinical Director, nurse management, etc).
Complete all required documentation (biopsychosocial assessment, individual and group progress notes, treatment plan, discharge summary, insurance forms, etc.) in accordance with agency and DPH/BSAS guidelines for format and timeliness.
Attend and participate in staff meetings (daily and clinical).
Attend trainings as assigned.
Participate in individual clinical supervision and accumulate hours toward licensure, if applicable.
Other duties as assigned.

Our dedicated staff ensures that individuals have the necessary supports and skills to build a successful and satisfying life in the community while enabling individuals to lead meaningful and active lives.
Awake Overnight Counselors support individuals with a developmental disability and/or mental illness live as independently as possible, while providing guidance and performing various levels of assisted daily living skills. Counselors act as strong advocates for individuals served and understand the importance of community integration.
Other Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in implementing individualized service plans.
* Assist with limited personal care, which includes direct care duties, occasional lifting, medication administration (with training), documentation, transportation, behavioral intervention, role modeling, and recreational activities.
* Implement all procedures that ensure the health, safety, and well-being of individuals and general cleanliness and safety of the physical site.
* Assist individuals to access and/or provide transportation.
* Review and complete all required documentation.

Our services focus on helping people transition to a more independent environment while maximizing their natural supports by building skills and achieving personal goals.
