Pros

Watching how excited the students can be when take what they have learn and how it shows when a certain cutting test is completed and how much it looks like the example given during training. I love seeing students achieving their goal or goals when they realize all their training and studying pays off!

Nothing! I've done this over 40 yrs and enjoyed every moment of it! That's why it's been 40 yrs.!
