Your Impact
With your expertise in DSP for coherent optical transceivers, FEC, and modeling, you help the team to develop the next generation of low-power and high-performance coherent transceivers. Here are some examples of possible topics:
* Invent, simulate and validate new DSP or FEC algorithms (both in floating-point and fixed-point precision) to improve performance and functionality or lower power consumption
* Test and optimize these algorithms on actual hardware and correlate performance with previous simulations

Record daily inpatient census in INC/ICU and ward areas when assigned

Employees working in the hospital must receive the pre-exposure rabies prophylaxis vaccination series prior to or immediately after hire, which will be paid for by the department.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma with at least 6 months of relevant experience, including companion animal handling in a veterinary setting and custodial/housekeeping or disinfection work, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge of basic infection control practices, including proper use of disinfectants and adherence to established procedures
Ability meet the physical demands of the position including but not limited to being able to safely lift or move 50 lbs. with assistance and perform physically demanding tasks such as standing for extended periods, kneeling, and maintaining steady positions
Basic computer skills, including the ability to accurately enter information into patient records
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Strong professional communication skills when interacting with students, veterinary technicians, clinicians, and clients, with good judgment and prioritization skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment while maintaining attention to detail and demonstrating initiative

Ensure Scalability & Resilience: Design services with a cloud-native approach (microservices, containers) for deployment on Kubernetes. What are we looking for?
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
You will have a high school diploma, or equivalent.
You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents!
You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
You will possess computer skills to be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
You must be criminally cleared.

Core Responsibilities
What You'll Do
* Develop and deliver enablement programs that support onboarding, continuous learning, product launches, messaging adoption, and methodology alignment across GTM roles.
* Create compelling, cross-functional content including playbooks, talk tracks, GTM briefs, competitive guidance, partner-ready materials, and customer-facing narratives.
* Partner closely with Sales to build targeted programs that strengthen value articulation and improve deal execution.
* Collaborate with Marketing and Product Marketing to ensure integrated messaging, campaign alignment, and consistent execution across GTM teams.
* Facilitate virtual and in-person workshops, role plays, readiness sessions, and multi-team enablement events.
* Translate complex technical concepts (AI, automation, analytics workflows) into accessible and actionable guidance for customer-facing roles.
* Curate and manage the GTM content ecosystem (Seismic, Galaxy, Salesforce resources) to ensure content is organized, accurate, and easy to find.
* Deliver training and guidance to GTM teams on best practices for using sales tools and enablement platforms, ensuring they can confidently apply the technology in their day-to-day selling activities.
* Use data and insights from Chorus, Salesforce, adoption reports, and stakeholder feedback to identify gaps and recommend targeted interventions.
* Report on impact through KPIs such as readiness participation, content usage, productivity indicators, and alignment across GTM motions.

Qualifications
* 5+ years' enablement experience, sales training, or learning program development in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment
