As a seasonal support driver (SSD), you'll deliver packages to communities and businesses in the comfort of your own vehicle. This is a friendly, physically active role, so you'll need to enjoy fast-paced work, being outdoors, and safely being behind the wheel.
This position requires schedule flexibility since work will be assigned in the morning based on operational needs and your availability.

What you'll need:

Become part of a unique team-operated fleet with high miles and high pay! As a member of our private employee-operated fleet, you will service dedicated routes and deliver our product produced in Little Chute to our customers' plants in the United States and Canada. Our teams average 5,400 HUB miles per week and are home every weekend and holidays. This is not typical team driving. We leave on Mondays and are home every weekend for the HOS reset. Our trucks do not wait long to unload and we do not wait for back hauls. When you drive team for us the miles keep rolling. No hours of service layovers. Our drivers average 130,000 miles per year. · We are looking for a set team (husband/wife, father/son, etc.). We are also looking for a driver to be part of our team pool.
Compensation
Starting $.88 per mile (teams evenly split miles and miles paid off hub). Example: our teams average 5,400 miles per week times $.88 equals $4,752 divided by 2 equals $2,376 per driver per week paid weekly. Stop/drop pay is $20 per driver for each stop/drop. Our teams average 8 stops/drops per week which is $160 per driver per week

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for many of the administrative support duties that support the successful delivery of the Renovo Solutions Medical Equipment Management Program. Under the direction of the Department Manager, the Fabrication Supervisor ensures the production of company products at the highest quality and at the lowest possible cost, meeting company policies and procedures. The Fabrication Supervisor will act in a manner that is consistent with Gordon Aluminum's Customer 1st Philosophy.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.
Prioritize, schedule, and delegate work assignments, and directly supervise the systems integration and test functions to ensure the production of company products at the highest quality at the lowest possible cost, meeting company performance standards, and customer specifications and delivery requirements, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Plan production schedules, review component parts, and sub-assembly availability against build schedule.
Review parts shortages with purchasing and adjust schedules as necessary.
Ensure the training of new and present employees in the processes and methods required to achieve the company's standards for quality, quantity, safety, and ISO 9001.
Participate in planning meetings, recommending space, personnel, and equipment requirements.
Ensure adherence to ISA 9001 procedures and requirements, participate in ISO planning sessions.
Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures and plan the repair of machines and equipment to minimize downtime.
Develop, recommend, and implement departmental policies and procedures, processes, and methods.
Continually evaluate processes and methods, recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, utilization of people, and quality of product.
Act as technical resource to address and resolve inquiries and problems; analyze and resolve work problems, and assist workers in solving work problems.
Maintain departmental supplies, tools, equipment, and order as necessary.
Ensure the completion of all required production paperwork, records, documentation, such as time cards, quality records, etc.
Ensure compliance with departmental housekeeping standards, and all safety and work rules and regulation
Takes the initiative, promptly seeking his or her next task requiring minimal supervision.
Generates new team activities to remove waste and prevent problems.
Acts in a manner that demonstrates being part of the solution, not the problem.
Demonstrates continuous improvement to reach goals and raise the bar.
Ensures proper maintenance of equipment and building and establishes plant housekeeping standards.

Education and/or Experience

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure, using whole numbers of common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ration and percent.
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, production schedules, purchase orders, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write reports, procedure manuals, and correspondence. Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors and other employees of the organization.
