The Warehouseman II is responsible for efficiently and accurately handling and coordinating all goods and inventory in a warehouse setting. This includes general warehouse duties such as receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing products, building maintenance, housekeeping, fabrication, operating a forklift, as well as managing stock receipts and being responsible for transfer picks.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack orders for shipment, ensuring products are correctly packed and labeled as per customer orders, DPO's, rental contracts, shipping orders.
Teamwork: Collaborate with other warehouse staff to meet operational goals and ensure efficient workflow. Fill in for other warehouseman or drivers at other locations when necessary.
Organizing Products: Coordinate all goods and inventory in the warehouse, move materials and equipment from receiving or production area to appropriate locations within the warehouse, ensuring proper labeling and easy access. Responsible for transfer picks, and maintaining all materials and equipment in an organized manner according to predetermined sequence, and ensure rotation of date sensitive materials.
Fabrication: Operate fabrication equipment in a safe and efficient manner to fulfill customer orders or internal needs.
Inventory Management: Manage stock receipts, maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock checks, and report discrepancies. Date and record necessary information for items received and distributed.
Material Handling: Use warehouse equipment (such as forklifts, pallet jacks) to move and store materials.
Delivery/Pick Up: Occasionally deliver or pick up items at customer, vendor or other branches.
Ad Hoc: Use records management software to enter records, received/transferred items, update bin locations, and stock items. Fill pick tickets, transfers, work orders, DPO's, request for materials, tools, equipment etc.
Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines, use personal protective equipment, and ensure a clean and safe working environment.
Customer Service: Assist with resolving inventory-related issues or queries from other departments or customers.

Job Description
The Customer Lifecycle Strategist will assist in leading a high-visibility, enterprise-wide initiative focused on assessing and improving Early Month on Book (EMOB) strategies across all private-label and co-brand credit card portfolios. This role is responsible for synthesizing portfolio insights, identifying best practices, and designing a unified, scalable EMOB framework to strengthen early customer engagement, improve activation and spend behavior, and support long-term portfolio performance. This work is considered an “alpha” priority that may include frequent interaction with leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the cross-portfolio evaluation of EMOB performance, communication strategies, activation drivers, and early engagement patterns.
Identify commonalities, gaps, and best practices across portfolios and translate findings into a standardized EMOB strategy.
Conduct detailed market and competitive analysis to benchmark internal performance and inform strategic recommendations.
Develop executive-ready presentations and storytelling materials that communicate insights, recommendations, and framework design.
Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Risk, Analytics, Operations, Legal, and Technology to validate feasibility and ensure strategic alignment.
Drive cross-functional collaboration, secure stakeholder buy-in, and support adoption of the new enterprise EMOB framework.
Oversee strategy development, project plan execution, dependencies, and progress reporting at the senior leadership level.
Guide experimentation and testing strategy to validate key EMOB levers across multiple products.
Document best practices, frameworks, and process standards that will scale across all portfolios.
Qualifications
5 + years of experience in customer lifecycle strategy, card marketing, portfolio strategy, or related fields.
Deep familiarity with private-label and co-brand credit card products, EMOB strategy, or customer onboarding programs.
Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and comfort managing large, complex, multi-portfolio initiatives.
Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable business insights.
Strong PowerPoint storytelling capability and experience presenting to senior leaders/C-suite.
Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with data integration concepts a plus.
Exceptional communication, cross-functional partnership, and leadership skills.
Experience designing scalable frameworks and driving organizational adoption.
Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred

Pay range for this position is $50 - $60 per hour. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, training, and location.
