Increasing demand for our services creates this immediate opportunity for an extremely competent Sonographer to apply non-ionizing high frequency ultrasonic waves for prenatal diagnosis. Ultrasound examinations include a variety of conditions ranging from routine OB/GYN to high risk obstetrical scans to include but not limited to, nuchal translucency, fetal anatomy survey, Doppler studies, biophysical profile, fetal echocardiograms and endovaginal scans. Experience also includes ability to perform guidance for amniocentesis, chronic villus sampling, and other procedures commonly performed in a MFM program. This person must be able to work independently and as a part of a team as well have knowledge of high risk conditions. The sonographer is responsible for daily operations of the sonographic program, patient schedule, equipment maintenance, report of equipment failures, and quality assessment (QA). Education Qualifications Completion of a formal Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program through an accredited organization or on the job training in ultrasound that led to registry.
