Work experience within the automotive industry, with emphasis on electro-mechanical devices and/or electric motor production. Knowledge of relevant quality systems, i.e. IATF 16949, and standard automotive engineering and manufacturing documentation, including DFMEA, PFMEA, control plans, and standard work instructions. Certification in structured problem-solving methods, i.e. Six Sigma. Education: 4-year university degree in electrical engineering, controls engineering, manufacturing engineering, mechatronics, or related technical field. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years applicable experience in controls and robotics engineering. Job level determined by various factors such as organization size, responsibility, career stage, and capabilities.
