    The Material Handler is to ensure that all customer parts and vendor supplies are received, recorded, stored and shipped correctly and in an efficient manner. To insure Anoplate deliveries meet customer requirements and are performed in an economic and professional manner. Maintains a professional relationship with customers, suppliers and co-workers to ensure a smooth flow of product both received and shipped. In This Role You Will: * Receive all incoming orders, supplies and chemicals. * Properly store all supplies and chemicals per storage protocol. * Sort jobs and match with travelers. * Transport jobs to and from shop floor as needed to facilitate optimal DIH goals. * Communicate in a courteous manner with customers (external or internal). * Utilize carrier organizations (UPS, FedEx, Airborne, etc.) to ship and receive orders. * Maintain accurate records and paperwork. * Maintains a clean and orderly work area. * Perform daily check on fork truck.     Construction Project Management Internship - Chapter Westchester (NY) Please read carefully before applying. Candidates must have a background in construction (education and/or experience). This is a 6-month, full-time internship that is intended to lead to a full-time role as an Assistant Project Manager, and subsequently a Project Manager position for the right candidate. About the Role This position offers hands-on exposure to all phases of residential renovation projects and the day-to-day operations of a high-end design-build firm. It is ideal for someone looking to grow long-term in construction project management. You will work closely with experienced professionals across construction, design, and operations. Job Responsibilities Assist in managing renovation projects from start to completion Support proposal preparation, drawings coordination, material takeoffs, and cost estimates Conduct daily site visits across multiple projects Support client communication throughout the project lifecycle Assist with file management, submittals, RFIs, and change orders Help with procurement and tracking of samples Track vendors and pricing Participate in daily and weekly project management meetings Qualifications Currently pursuing (or recently completed) an undergraduate or graduate degree in Construction Management/ Engineering / Architecture Or a related field Strong interest in construction and renovation projects Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit is a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Quick learner with strong organizational skills Team-oriented and reliable
