As Chief Communications Officer Anne leads the development and execution of Sphere’s strategic communications and branding plans to support the Sphere suite of businesses and products. She brings more than two decades of digital healthcare executive leadership experience serving high-growth digital health businesses, PBMs and Life Science companies such as Merck and WebMD.

Curtis brings more than two decades of payment industry experience with a core focus on Product, Technology and Corporate strategies. He has held Senior Leadership roles at TSYS, TransFirst and Vantiv. He is responsible for Sphere’s innovative strategic development across all Sphere operations and technology platforms with a distinct focus on developing solutions for the clients and partners.

Heather Randall, PhD, CCEP brings almost two decades of payments industry experience to managing regulatory compliance and information security at Sphere. In her role as Chief Compliance Officer, Heather is responsible for ensuring that Sphere’s products, platforms, and processes enable and support compliance with regulation and industry standards. Prior to joining Sphere, Heather held various compliance positions in the payments space, most recently at TSYS.

As CHRO, Paulette is responsible for the company’s human resources strategy, including talent management, leadership development, employee engagement and total rewards. She brings more than two decades of experience in the payments industry, having served as CHRO for Vantiv and TransFirst.
