Robert Willett has been the Chief Executive Officer of Cognex since 2011. He is responsible for leading all aspects of the company’s strategy and operations. Cognex, a Nasdaq-listed company, is the world leader in the field of industrial machine vision: technology that allows computers to see and which is used in the field of advanced factory automation and robotics to manufacture smart phones, automobiles and medical devices, as well as in logistics for ecommerce fulfillment. Robert’s career has focused on growth through innovation, acquisition and global expansion. He has taken two companies through their transition from founder-led businesses to global scale and marketshare leadership. Mr. Regazzi has been Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the Company since April 2006. Since joining Giga-tronics in 2001 he has held the position of President and General Manager, Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Engineering. Previous experience includes 22 years at Hewlett Packard and Agilent Technologies in various design and management positions associated with their microwave sweeper and synthesizer product lines. His final position at Agilent Technologies was as a senior engineering manager. Mr. Regazzi is known across the industry for his RF and Microwave expertise in military and aerospace applications. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers University and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University.

Rick Wallace serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President of KLA Corporation as well as a member of the company’s Board of Directors. Wallace began as an applications engineer at KLA Instruments in 1988, and has held various general management positions throughout his tenure with the company. Earlier in his career, Wallace held positions with Ultratech Stepper and Cypress Semiconductor.Wallace currently serves on the board of directors of Proofpoint., a security and compliance company.Wallace earned his Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Michigan and his Master of Science degree in engineering management from Santa Clara University. Wallace lives in the bay area with his wife and three children.

Arun serves as Radisys CEO where he is responsible for the vision, strategies, and execution to further Radisys’ role in transforming the telecom industry. He brings to Radisys a wide range of industry experience and a proven track record of leadership. Most recently as Chief Marketing Officer for MediaKind, Arun was responsible for creating and establishing the brand and marketing/communications functions for a joint venture media technology company of Ericsson and One Equity Partners. He has also held multiple vice president and senior leadership positions at Ericsson, including VP and Chief of Staff of Ericsson North America, VP of Sales, VP of Strategy and Marketing, VP of Customer Solutions, and SVP of Strategy, Marketing and CTO Office, and a global role as Chief Marketing Officer for the Ericsson Group. Arun completed his Master of Science degree from the University of Texas at Arlington and is a Distinguished Alumni. In addition, Arun received an Executive Certificate in Business Marketing from the Kellogg School of Business and completed the Executive Program in Strategy and General Management from the Columbia Business School.

Mr. Jagiela became CEO of Teradyne in February of 2014. He has been President of Teradyne since January 2013 and the President of the Semiconductor Test Division since 2003. He is also on the Board of Directors. Prior to these roles, he was the worldwide marketing manager of Teradyne's semiconductor test products from 2001 to 2003. Mark joined Teradyne in 1982 as a design engineer, developing image sensor test systems. From 1989 to 1999 he served as general manager of Teradyne's Japan Division. He returned to the U.S. in 1999 as the engineering manager for the company's VLSI Test Division in Agoura Hills, California. Mark holds a BSEE from the University of Michigan. Mr. Jagiela has been a director of Teradyne, Inc. since 2014.

Dave Mosley was appointed CEO of Seagate and to Seagate’s Board of Directors in 2017. Prior to his current role, Dr. Mosley was President and COO of Seagate, responsible for Seagate’s Global Operations, Research and Development, Supply Chain / Procurement and Logistics, IT, Sales and Marketing. Dr. Mosley has held a variety of posts at Seagate during his 20+ year tenure, including President Operations and Technology, Executive Vice President Global Sales and Marketing, as well as many R&D leadership roles. Dave Mosley brings broad-based executive-level experience and in-depth understanding of the various aspects of Seagate's business, as well as valuable global operational, technological, research and development, and sales and marketing expertise. Dr. Mosley earned a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of California, Davis focusing on solid state physics.
