What your role will be?Design, develop, and deliver innovative learning solutions tailored to business needs and learner profiles.

Conduct evaluations across all levels (reaction, learning, behavior) and analyze feedback to improve offerings.
Partner with Learning Operations to track and report on regional/global training participation and compliance.
Ensure all L&D activities meet relevant regional regulations and industry standards.
What will you bring to Ansell?Bachelor's degree, experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or similar field or with a relevant amount of work experience.
Extensive experience (3-5 years) of training experience, in learning and development roles, with a focus on international program management and project leadership.
or 4-6 years in HR roles, field sales and/or product marketing experience.
International work experience is highly desirable.
Experience in instructional design and delivery in a blended (in person / virtual) environment.

The Pennsauken, NJ site currently has an opportunity for a Production Operator. The site is a key manufacturing facility for DuPont's Shelter Business.
Production Operators perform required tasks associated with the safe and efficient operation of the production line, including the use of equipment to produce high quality products in a timely manner. Production Operators are expected to work independently and on teams with minimal supervision. This position requires strong communication skills in both written and oral form including following operating procedures. Production Operators will need to follow instructions, troubleshoot and solve problems, as well as exhibit strong work ethic and reliability.
All Production Operators work Monday through Thursday 7:00 am - 5:00 pm.
Core Responsibilities:
Follow all safety requirements.
Assess the finished product to ensure it meets quality requirements.
Operates assigned equipment or areas of the Plant and performs operations related activities.
Understand and follow operating discipline principles, procedures, and practices without deviation.
Monitor, collect, and input plant metrics to identify opportunities for plant optimization.
Use process knowledge and skills to make improvements in plant performance and Operating Discipline.
Perform process equipment troubleshooting, minor repairs, improvements, and preventative maintenance.
Inspect and operate a forklift in a safe and efficient manner.
Coach and train others on plant operations.
Maintain an organized and clean Production area.
Various other tasks as assigned by supervision are require as a part of the daily routine to maintain safe operation and area standards (i.e. general housekeeping, etc.).
Qualifications:
A minimum of a High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent is required.
A valid US driver's license is required.
A minimum of 1 year of manufacturing/production, warehouse, technician, logistic/military experience is required.
Willing and able to work overtime, sometimes on short notice is required.
Willing and able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE), such as steel toes, hardhat, protective eyewear, and flame-retardant clothing.
Willing and able to lift and move objects that weigh up to 50 lbs.
Willing and able to perform repetitive movement; including climbing several flights of stairs multiple times per day, stand, stoop, and bend.
Must have basic math skills.
Must be able to read a tape measure.
Must be able to keep accurate written records and maintain good communication skills.
Must have attention to detail.

The E&I Technician will utilize strong knowledge of components and systems to maintain and repair electrical equipment including, but not limited to conveyors, pumps, motors, blowers, fans, compressors, etc. All duties must be performed in compliance with the established company, department, and safety policies and procedures. You will execute daily work assignments and ensure timely completion of all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. Portions of job require working with voltages up to 480V and under the guidance of NFPA 70E.
Equipment (including but not limited to):
PLCs, electrical control systems, instrumentation transmitters (flow, pressure, temperature, level), photo-eyes, ultrasonic sensors, motor starters, electric motors, variable frequency drives, uninterrupted power supplies, etc.
Your key responsibilities will be/what you'll do:
Install electrical raceways (rigid conduit, electrical metallic tubing, cable tray, etc.) in accordance with the National Electrical Code
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and provide effective repairs to all the components of Process Control Instrumentation loops (e.g., sensors, communications, control systems, etc.).
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and effectively repair industrial electrical equipment.
Service programmable controllers and distributed controls systems to assure reliable operation of processes.
Identify problems in control systems per production request and personal observation, then implement the proper action to restore the system to standard operating conditions.
Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) according to defined schedules and procedures including routine calibration of instruments.
Use area specific safety procedures and electrical safety rules to work on control equipment.
Provide basic process automation support as needed.
Participate in instrument & electrical reliability improvement activities as appropriate (e.g., spare parts list generation).
Redline electrical drawings, engineering documentation and other technical specifications as necessary and work with the appropriate resources to update.
Make recommendations and prepare orders for spare parts, additional stockroom items, tools, etc.
Consult with supervisor and other mechanics on problem resolution/troubleshooting. Keep supervisor informed of problem issues.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum five (5) years of relevant work experience within the Electrical and Instrumentation field; OR a minimum 2-year technical degree within Electronics & Instrumentation; OR completion of a formal Instrument / Electrical Technician apprentice program.
Willing and able to wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to include safety equipment, earplugs, gloves, safety glasses, and steel-toed shoes.
Requires the ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work weekdays, weekends, day or rotating shift structure, and overtime as needed on a regular basis as required.
Preferred:
Working knowledge of pneumatics is preferred.
Instrumentation Technical Training Certificate or equivalent is preferred.
Trained in Electrical Safety NFPA-70E is preferred.
Physical Requirements:

RESPONSIBILITIES DESCRIPTION

Assess the Finished Product from Manufacturing line to ensure our polymer printing plates meet quality requirements.
Setup and ongoing Maintenance of the packing materials and the subsequent packing of polymer printing plates as they come off the machine.
Basic troubleshooting of mechanical equipment.
Trained in use of power equipment in order to move product and packing materials.
Utilizing SAP to complete transactions for Truck Billing/packaging.
Various other tasks as assigned by supervision are require as a part of the daily routine to maintain safe operation and area standards (i.e. general housekeeping, etc.).

What your role will be?
* Deliver analytical insights to measure and optimize commercial strategies across the Americas region.
* Extract, process, and analyze data from multiple sources, including sales, contracts, distributor POS data, CRM, and pricing systems (e.g., Oracle).
* Identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies to translate data into actionable business intelligence.
* Correlate sales and order data across systems to uncover demand patterns and growth opportunities.
* Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards and visualizations to support commercial and cross-functional teams.
* Automate data processes to ensure efficient, accurate reporting and visualization.
* Present key insights and recommendations to commercial, regional, and executive leadership teams.
* Lead and support ad-hoc analytical projects as assigned.
* Partner with Sales, Marketing, IT, Finance, Logistics, Pricing, Customer Service, and Global Business Units.
* Work closely with the Sales Planning team to enhance sales force targeting, call planning, and resource optimization.
What will you bring to Ansell?
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Marketing or Sales preferred
* 5-6 years of progressive experience in commercial analytics (marketing or sales) utilizing programming and business intelligence tools.
* Proven financial acumen with a track record of generating insights that drive strategic business decisions.
* Experience with medical GPOs preferred.
* Exceptional attention to detail and dedication to data quality.
* Strong structured thinking, data management, and analytical problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Qlik, Tableau, or Power BI.
* Proven ability to identify patterns, extract insights, and design data-driven solutions.
* Practical experience with cloud technologies, preferably Microsoft Azure and Databricks.
