They offer very good PTO
The work life balance isn’t great, pay is bad, they don’t recognize good work, and upper management is not open to change
Im lucky enough to have been grandfathered-in so as to have a set,"flexible"schedule.
High turnover, mgmt not listening to HUGE, similar complaints made by all depts. Not being receptive with ideas and no confidence in employees with knowing what they're talking about.IE mgmt is SO far removed from what the employees actually do all day and pile more and more work on and expect it to be error free. On top of having little to NO formal training of ANY kind, no matter the dept.or pay grade.
My schedule. And the amount of unlimited OT you can receive. (so long as u dont have a family or a life of any kind)
