Also contacts Security via radio to advised of alarm. Monitors cameras when time permits and advises when they notice camera problems to supervisor. What you will need: High School diploma or equivalent. Switchboard experience preferred, but not required. Recognize and troubleshoot problems with telephones and pagers and provide a resolution or contact the appropriate personnel to resolve the issue. Make independent decisions when needed. Ability to work independently without direct supervision and complete assigned tasks/duties. Demonstrate intermediate computer skills and ability to learn new software applications.
