While you certainly can do a Zoom interview on your phone, it is usually not recommended and can be seen as unprofessional.

If you hold your phone for the duration of the interview, it will almost definitely shake throughout the conversation, giving the interviewer a nauseating and uncomfortable experience (not exactly conducive to making a good impression).
