Yes, Ally Financial drug tests. For their pre-employment drug test, they use a urine sample taken at a third-party lab. It does not appear, however, that they engage in random drug testing of their employees unless they have reason to suspect that an employee is under the influence while at work.
Ally Financial uses a ten-panel urine sample that looks for the following substances:

Benzodiazepines
Methaqualone

Ally Financial does not make exceptions for cannabis use, even if you live in a legalized state or have a medical cannabis card. Ally Financial is also a smoke-free workplace.
