Does Boats Group hire felons?

It is unknown whether or not Boats Group hires felons. From our research, we were unable to find any evidence of former or current employees at Boats Group who have a felony. There are some indications, however, that Boats Group may not be open to hiring someone with a felony.

Boats Group has not signed the Fair Chance Business Pledge. There is also no evidence of the company posting jobs to felon-friendly job sites. Boats Group runs an extensive criminal background check on all new employees, so it is best to be upfront about any criminal history you may have during the interview process.
