Employees of Callaway Golf are also drug tested when involved in a workplace accident or experience an on-the-job injury.

If an employee is under suspicion of working while under the influence of drugs or alcohol, they are asked to submit to a drug test.

To help ensure a safe, healthy, and productive work environment for their employees and others, to protect company property, and to ensure efficient operations, Callaway Golf has adopted a policy of maintaining a workplace free of drugs and alcohol.

This includes prohibiting the use of recreational cannabis. The policy applies to all employees and other individuals who perform work for the Company.
